The low profile hanger shows more of the front of the guitar and is less likely to make contact with dials or switches. The standard profile hooks come up in front of the guitar to prevent tipping which we recommend for areas that experience frequent earthquakes. |

| Answer: | Not really a big difference. The most common gauge is 45-65-85-105 (Custom Light). If you like a bit more stiffness in your G and D strings, go with Medium. If you like a little looser E and A, go with Light. If you don't care one way or the other, just go with Custom Light.Mind you, again, it's not a huge difference. It's subtle. I like my E and A a little softer so it's easier to dig in, so I buy Lights (45 65 80 100). |

| Answer: | I just measured it with a good continuity tester and the black finish DEFINITELY prevents a good electrical contact (I read absolutely nothing - infinite resistance). Scraping off the black finish solves the problem completely. |
