Answer:	Then you are in luck. I just put a pot on and checked it. 80 is the low end of setting and it adjusts in 10-degree increments. Remember that the temperature sensor is in the surface of the hob, so the pan will likely be hotter, at least until the top of the hob reaches the temperature of the pan. For what it is worth, we really like this unit. It is very controllable and for equilibrium simmering the temperature control works pretty well. Out unit has been reasonably quiet and performs very well. I got it to "try out" induction before considering a cooktop. It is now our "go to" element for regular cooking.

Answer:	I have no idea what a Max Burton cooktop is, I have a GE and it works perfectly on that. I don't see why it wouldn't work on yours. An induction is an induction. If it doesn't advise you to use a special kind of cookware I think it would work!

Answer:	Stainless steel has a high Nickel content. Thats what makes it stainless. Different manufactures use different amounts of nickel per their design's. Nickel is pricey! you can judge the amount of nickel by the cost of the item. A salidmaster 3 qt runs about 300$, I would expect this line of cookware to have a minimum amount of nickel.
Question:	Will it warp or bend over time with heat
Answer:	Food will stick to almost every bare metal pan and the trick is to season every cooking surface the same as you would a cast iron pan if the handles will allow an oven temp of 350 for 30 minutes, stove top medium heat otherwise. You tube has a number of chefs demonstrating stainless and aluminum bakeware seasoning. Very thin layer of cooking oil or crisco otherwise you'll hate what happens next. Stainless needs to be heated slowly at lower temps before oil and food is added and when your sunnyside eggs slide out like a new Teflon pan, you've mastered the art of seasoning and using your pans.

Answer:	I have several complete sets of cookware. I have several types of cookware and they are aluminum, glass, stainless steel and just steel. Most of the Stainless Steel sets have glass tops with the little hole for steam escape (By the way doesn't work completely. If the item that you are cooking is set on low, you do not have the sputtering all over the stove. I have put 99% of the other sets in the shed and garage. Answer:	There is about 9.5 inches between the feet. The entire oven front to back is about 15 inches, so it would fit on a 16 inch shelf. Hope that helps. I love mine. It is a great little over and very easy to use. It does stick out a little in the back so you would need 2 or 3 inch clearance.

Cuisinart Chef’s is an “oven style” air fryer (bigger, holds lots of food, has shelves) versus the “bucket style” air fryer (compact size, doesn’t hold much food, you can only to cook one food item at a time). Chef’s IS an air fryer - but the words “air fryer” were not invented when they started marketing it, which is the sole reason the word “air fryer” is not included in it’s name. This is the absolute best appliance I’ve ever purchased. If you read Cooks Illustrated reviews, Wire cutter reviews, and most other reviews etc. you will find that it is fantastic. Question:	Does the spout open more than a fraction/stay open? Mine seems defective
Answer:	I have not noticed this cycling on and off. It does seem to heat a little slower than my stove burners, but gets very hot with 5 settings, boils water, etc. It is also great at low heat. It is a bit slow in cooling down once I am done with it, so I make sure that it is in a safe area when unplugged. It sits right on my counter, though, and has never caused any damage to my countertop
Question:	does the spout remain open when you press the button
Answer:	I don't have a cordless Perculator Coffee Maker, uses a power cord. I don't know what your refering to as a cooking dock?
Question:	Does the spout stay open when you let go
Answer:	I don't use filters. The metal drip basket works fine. You may get a few grinds in your cup, but that is what makes it real coffee.

Question:	What is electric voltage input. Will it work on 220-240voltage
Answer:	120 volt input only US two blade style.
Question:	Does this get really hot around the oven? I'm worried about my cabinets, especially since this be on the countertop with cabinets above it
Answer:	I've used mine for about 2 1/2 years 2 or 3 times a week. My backsplash is just 1980s style formica and I have it pushed back to the stops on the oven. I pull it out once a week to clean and have not seen any damage. I assume it can get hot just keep an eye on it until you figure it out. Also I never depend on the temp being what it's set on, most things I fry or bake are at 225 to 300 degrees and have developed quite good skills on this thing
Question:	About the dimensions: I have an 18-inch width of counter space for a new oven. I'm not sure which dimensions apply to height, width, and depth. Help
Answer:	Fits my space of 16 inches wide perfect. The specs are. Height 14 inches, Width 16 inches Depth 15.5
Question:	Can I fry fish in it? Tilapia
Answer:	Absolutely. I make Panko breaded haddock in the air fryer and my family agrees it is the best we've ever had. Moist on the inside, crispy on the outside, and no grease. Better than restaurant fish fry.
