Answer:	The juicer is very high powered. The juicer needs to be cleaned after the pitcher provided is full. I juice celery bunches with great success.

Answer:	Do not try to pull up the grinding basket. Feel around and pull up the black assembly that basket sits in gently. Practice a few times and it will become easier.

Answer:	I don't peel anything but the oranges because the instructions clearly say that the thicker skins could damage the juicer. The only time I cut something up is if it's too big to go into the feeding area. Otherwise I don't do any extra prep.

Question:	If I also want to juice fruits, will this work fine or do I need in addition the Tribest FS-610 Fruitstar
Answer:	I am not familiar with the Tribest FS-610 Fruitstar, but I also juice fruits with my GSE-5000. The GSE-5000 works best with a hard food like carrots or Fuji apples or kale. Some apples and most fruits are so soft that I need to be careful or the juice backs up and comes out the input hole. I am told that Green Star makes a fruit accessory that makes it easier for fruit. There is an adjustable, spring loaded, relief valve to decide when the pulp can come out. Since I want all the juice that I can get, I keep it adjusted at the tightest position. I was told that the fruit accessory is just a relief valve with a weaker spring and that if I would just have the normal relief valve at the 'weakest' setting, that I did not need the extra fruit accessory. That idea has been good enough for my needs. I have also taken the fruit pulp and run it through again at a tighter pulp valve setting to get more juice. Because, now it is dryer. But, I suspect that many would not want to bother. I suggest that the GSE-5000 gets so much more juice than most others that it is worth the bother. The Norwalk Juicer may be the best as it appears to juice anything. But the price and the size are both gigantic. The FS-610 may be easy, but how much juice does it get? If you are willing to buy the FS-610 and the GSE-5000, I suggest that you buy the GSE-5000 first and use it a while before you buy the FS-610 as you may find that the GSE-5000 is all you need. I did. Some friend really like their Breville. I am not sure which model. Perhaps the Juice Fountain® Duo. They juice carrots and oranges, etc., just about anything, and it is easy to clean. But, I believe that my GSE-5000 makes more juice from the same amount of juice and that the centrifugal juicers oxidize the juice more.
Question:	I wanna start a juice business, what's the best certified juicers out there, I have a budget of $25000, I just need the best of the best
Answer:	I am not an expert, however I have used a lot of different juicers. If you are going to start a business, I would think you need more than 1 type of juicer. Certainly the Tribest is a very good juicer. However there is another juicer, also available on Amazon, called the Super Angel all stainless steel twin juicer - 5500, however it sells for $1349.99 ($1024.00 used). I have not tried this one, but I imagine it would probably be the best. Whatever you do, don't get one of those vertical masticating juicer like the Omega or the Hurom, because, they cannot handle heavy duty juicing and they tend to clog up if you feed too much produce too fast into the machine. I purchased one, and sent it back, the next day. They also would not be able to function well if handled by someone who doesn't know what they are doing, like a minimum wage employee. I would also not get a single auger juicer, since any stringy vegetables tend to get wrapped around the gear. For a juice business you would want a different juicer for citrus fruits, that just squeezes the fruit, you don't want to put citrus through a masticating juicer. You definitely don't want to use a masticating juicer for sugar cane. There is a Youtube video where someone tried that and it was a big disaster. You need a special heavy duty sugar cane juicer for that. I would also recommend a high speed centrifugal juicer if a customer intends to drink the juice immediately.

Answer:	In addition to my previous response, I can't answer on the wheat grass. The Green Star does well with harder vegetables and fruits and has an adapter for softer vegetables and fruits.

Question:	Is the pulp very wet? I am looking into this and a few have said that the Breville models leave very wet pulp
Answer:	I had this juicer in the past and the pulp is as other described..dampish saw dust. However, I have recently gotten the Breville JE98XL Juice Fountain Plus 850-Watt Juice Extractor which I dislike. The pulp for that is wet and the way it shoots the pulp out to the catcher, causes spinach and other leafy veggies to shoot out into the catcher before ever getting the chance to juice. I may be going back to this original juicer as it seemed to work much better. Never had a problem with anything I juiced. And yes, much like Yams,Beets, and parsnips, potatoes have juice too...not sure why you would want to juice one though. Overall, I prefer this juicer over the other Breville models as they also leave particles in your juice (such as cucumber skins and parsley stems). I never had a problem like that with this model.

Things like Bananas, maybe potatoes, and, from the sound of it, seaweed, don't have much juice to give. You may get a little, but it will probably just mince it for you. Now, apples, oranges, carrots (surprising to me), peaches, plums, pears, berries, grapes, tomatoes: so much beautiful juice. There are more. Many, many more. Mint leaf, spinach... etc. This is a fine blender, but make sure to follow the directions on specific fruits where care must be taken (Peaches have giant pits, for example).

I used Von's Brand Select. DO NOT put this in with the veggies in your juicer instead put it in the juice cup the juice comes out into. This is only for the pizza flavor ! This is very good and very close to Pizza sauce without the little pizza sauce added ,I am thinking becausse of the tomatos are cooked in pizza sauce, so you might want to try the ingrediants with cooked tomato instead of pizza sauce. Our horizontal masticating juicers excel at celery. They will all process celery about the same. The celery attachment for the MM900HDS makes it a better unit than the J8006, J8007, and J8008 it is modeled after. The NC Series is a more elite series than the J8006, J8007, J8008, and MM900. The biggest difference is when comparing the MM900HDS to any of our J8006, J8007, or J8008 Models. The MM900HDS has a new "celery attachment" that helps the unit extract just a bit more juice out of celery and other firm items. The J800x series still do a very good job. The J800x series are all Nutrition Centers. Meaning, they have parts that allow them to make nutter butters, frozen desserts, etc. The MM900HDS is for juice only. These parts are not included. The following NC Series all share most of the same common parts. So, the juicing ability of each is exactly the same. The main difference is the motor housing material and/or finish.
