Our horizontal masticating juicers excel at celery. They will all process celery about the same. The celery attachment for the MM900HDS makes it a better unit than the J8006, J8007, and J8008 it is modeled after. The NC Series is a more elite series than the J8006, J8007, J8008, and MM900. The biggest difference is when comparing the MM900HDS to any of our J8006, J8007, or J8008 Models. The MM900HDS has a new "celery attachment" that helps the unit extract just a bit more juice out of celery and other firm items. The J800x series still do a very good job. The J800x series are all Nutrition Centers. Meaning, they have parts that allow them to make nutter butters, frozen desserts, etc. The MM900HDS is for juice only. These parts are not included. The following NC Series all share most of the same common parts. So, the juicing ability of each is exactly the same. The main difference is the motor housing material and/or finish. Answer:	I think it depends on whats used on how much foam there is because it varies. I happen to like the foam but thats just a personal preference. No theres no pitcher to separate. Also its still spraying from the crease between the machine and the catch container where as it didnt in the beginning. I cant figure out why so the bag i put in the catch container im now folding up over that crease to minimize the spray mess. and... the pulp is wetter than it was in the beginning. I just run it back through another time or two, i still get good juice but disappointed its only been a month and im already having issues. After the money spent, Im already thinking about my next juicer... :(

Answer:	Only warm, not terribly hot. It remains stable on the counter. It's very loud. It's an 800 watt machine -- I was told to buy 700 watt or above in order to get the power. I don't know rpm's and I checked the user manual and it doesn't say in there either. Hope this helps.

SAMPLE RECIPE: Mixed Berry Leather

1. Preheat a food dehydrator to 125° to 135°F. Wash the berries; pick over and remove stems or moldy berries. Hull the strawberries and cut in half. Leave the other berries whole. In a blender or food mill, process the berries, sugar to taste, and lemon juice (if using) into a smooth puree.

Answer:	Considering that bananas and strawberries are soft fruits with low juice content, it is not recommended to use this machine to extract their juices. It is better to use a blender.

Answer:	No its a centrifugal. I tried the masticating ones which the Juice was great but the prep and clean was awful. Took way too long, the shut is small, and so many pieces which some were difficult to really clean well.
