I have the 60/40 split rear seat and this fits under the rear passenger seat and even wired in I am still able to fold the larger side down flat. I'm about to buy my second one. First one lasted 3 years of hard use, only died due to getting wet. I paired it with the flat pioneer brand 10" and it sounds great.
