Answer:	I specifically got this juicer for celery juice. I drink it every morning and got so tired of my centrifugal juicer and the massive cleanup for one juice. This has now become my go to juicer for all juicing and my centrifugal just got gifted to a co-worker. It's juices celery beautifully and there is no issue whatsoever with fiber cleanup. Question:	Can you juice only wheatgrass ? I read that you should use a carrot (hard veg) to push down to avoid clogging, but what if I only want to juice soft
Answer:	There were not any replacement parts, but when I accidently put a seed through & broke the auger & dented the strainer. When I told them, they sent me a new one. They were great about it. I ordered their Robot Vacuum too & it works great also.
Question:	What is the correct pulp adjustment number for each vegetable and fruit? More info then just 1-2 for fruit and then the 3-5 for vegetables, please
Answer:	Carrots are Ok, but you must cut into 1 1/2" long pieces first. They also juice better if you mix celery, or cukes, etc. in the chute. Wheatgrass will juice, but you need to cut first into 1 1/2" long pieces, or they wrap around the auger, and don't feed properly. I have this concern being evaluated currently by their engineering dept. Customer service has been very responsive to my emails. Hope this helps.

Answer:	There are tons of recipes online about using juice pulp! I use mine for making a vegetable broth, or even as the base for a puree soup like ginger carrot soup! I’ve even seen people recommend using them in muffins, or even mixing them into cream cheese to make your own garden vegetable cream cheese spread! Have fun!

The celery attachment for the MM900HDS makes it a better unit than the J8006, J8007, and J8008 it is modeled after. The NC Series is a more elite series than the J8006, J8007, J8008, and MM900. The biggest difference is when comparing the MM900HDS to any of our J8006, J8007, or J8008 Models. The MM900HDS has a new "celery attachment" that helps the unit extract just a bit more juice out of celery and other firm items. The J800x series still do a very good job. The J800x series are all Nutrition Centers. Meaning, they have parts that allow them to make nutter butters, frozen desserts, etc. The MM900HDS is for juice only. These parts are not included. The following NC Series all share most of the same common parts. So, the juicing ability of each is exactly the same. The main difference is the motor housing material and/or finish. The juicing screen, auger, drum, etc is the same on these models. NC800HDR is red (with handle) NC800HDS is silver (with handle) NC900HDC is chrome (with handle) NC900HDSS is Stainless Steel (no handle) The following is a newer generation, so it does not share parts with the above models. The juicing ability is slightly higher. NC1000HDS is silver (with handle) All NC Series are Nutrition Centers. Meaning, they have the parts that allow them do process non-juice functions. Answer:	It is 18 inches plus the feeder pusher - if you have it inside for storage is an extra inch. The wide mouth also has a pop up lid for when you use it so you need more working space. The top part can be removed for storage making it shorter. the base is 12 inches. Hope this helps

Answer:	The juicer is very high powered. The juicer needs to be cleaned after the pitcher provided is full. I juice celery bunches with great success.

Answer:	Mine stopped working after a few uses. The motor was loud and eventually smoke appeared. I was juicing celery and lemon. Can I get a replacement or refund if the box has been thrown away?
Question:	How do i take off the stainless steel grinding basket
Answer:	Do not try to pull up the grinding basket. Feel around and pull up the black assembly that basket sits in gently. Practice a few times and it will become easier.
Question:	Are you able to juice without peeling and cutting the fruits and vegetables
Answer:	I don't peel anything but the oranges because the instructions clearly say that the thicker skins could damage the juicer. The only time I cut something up is if it's too big to go into the feeding area. Otherwise I don't do any extra prep.

Tips:

Do not leave the appliance running for more than 1 minute at a time. If the appliance has been running for more than 1 minute, leave it to cool down for 2 minutes before you use it again.

Stop the appliance before removing the tamper to add more fruit/vegetables in order to avoid splashes.
