Replaced the relay twice as well finally went into the recycling. My advice pony up the money for a real lab freezer. This junk cost me a lot of wasted time valuable samples and money trying to make it work.

Question:	Can I just cook 2 at a time
Answer:	There's a few things you have to keep in mind with this . . . you have to put a regular size room-temperature hot dog in this machine, it won't thaw out a frozen or refrigeratored dog. I use setting number 5 and they came out ok. The buns could be a little more toasty, but I use it every weekend and for $19.99 I think it is worth it. I live in New York and a Nathan's hotdog is about $2.75, using this machine I pay about 40 cents per dog.
Question:	Do you have to turn them when cooking
Answer:	I have not tried frozen hot dogs .. I am sure that would take longer...for regular NOT frozen.. I have always set the control for the max '5' ... they are OK with just this setting ..but when I have time I usually do them a little longer ... 1st time '5' the 2nd time ~'3' because I likem' a little crispy.
Question:	If I want to cook more than 5 brats, do I have to wait a certain amount of time before using the grill again
Answer:	There is no foot long extension available for this product, but if you buy a second toaster and hold it upside down over the buns and hot dogs you will effectively be able to toast footlongs.

Answer:	Yes you can. You can cook from 1-5 and each one is cooked to perfection consistantly every time! I can’t say enough good things about the Johnsonville Sizzling Sausage Cooker.

Answer:	If your talking about regular Hot Dogs I would say a half hour on slow. But I never use the slow setting, so I am not sure on that setting. I also cook quarter pound Hot Dogs, which takes longer. Experiment with it and you will figure out how long it will take on each setting. Good luck.

Answer:	It will steam anything that will fit in there. Not sure how long it will take.

Answer:	I haven’t steamed them in the warming tray, but I have transferred them there after steaming so I could start the next batch. It keeps them hot and allows the next batch to steam.

Answer:	As Josh said it's possible to use a battery powered inverter to power that device. This steamer is a simple resistance heated appliance. I typically use an inverter and large lithium battery with an inverter. For example I have built 2000 watt batteries and I have a pure sine wave inverter so I could easily keep the steamer running flat out for well over three hours. When I go to pot luck dinners I use a battery and inverter to keep the slow cooker hot. It's 2018 and lithium batteries, size 18650s are 10 watts each and 300 of them easily fit in a project box which is a portable power source.

Answer:	The rollers should not be slanted. Is it possible that the roller is slightly out of place?
Question:	is this easy to clean
Answer:	Yes. The red stripped canopy is a hinged lid that covers a space to hold about five hot dog rolls. If you place the rolls in this space about four minutes before the hot dogs complete the cooking cycle, the rolls will be lightly toasted. If you put the rolls in this space too early they will be dried out or very crispy. We like the buns warm, but not toasted, so two minutes is enough for us. This space does not have its own heating element, but the heat rising from the hot dog rollers below does the warming and toasting of the buns.
Question:	does it burn the buns? I have a different brand/model and the edges of the buns burn/blacken almost as if the slot is too small
Answer:	If you take the rollers out, on one end is a little peg thing. There is a hole on the left side if you're facing it. The peg fits inside there. Then you set the right knob to on and the left one to max to heat the rollers. If it is done correctly, they should turn slowly. If you want them to go slower, change the knob more towards less. I hope this helps. I love using mine. It's great for hotdogs and for the brats sausages, etc.

Answer:	Honestly, I have to answer, I don't know. I've never had a 7-11 hotdog. But, I'll tell you this. I love hotdogs so the first time we fixed them on this grill I was just hoping they'd be good. I was surprised and impressed. They are excellent. Even the cheaper hotdogs (chicken and pork). You will not be disappointed. My husband and I did try the longer (chicken & pork) hotdogs and they were not very good. But it was the hotdogs' fault, not the grill's. Please, be assured, you will be very pleased.

All you need to do , is take the roller out of the box. Gently attach the plastic protective cover.

PRE-HEAT your roller for about 7 minutes on high heat and put your hot dog, sausage, knockwurst or whatever your thing is on the roller.

Once your hot dog reached the desired doneness, turn to low heat to keep your hot dogs warm till you're ready to go!

Answer:	Hot dogs brown and get crunchy the longer you cook them. Hot dogs should be very straight to turn properly. Curved hot dogs will not turn on rollers. They will fall off.

Answer:	Occasionally the edges will blacken, as mentioned in a previous response. However, the rest of the bun in my case never really seems to toastwell. I don't know where this was designed, but it must have been in a place on earth with mutant buns, cause as you suggested with respect to your machine, the bun slots are simply too small. So to prevent having to jam in the buns and getting them stuck, I slice about 1/2 inch off the top. It is however, a great little gadget if you want a quick over good hot dog. :-)

Answer:	I have used "bun" and standard sizes and fit two on each roller. It holds eight (8) total regular or four (4) foot long dogs.

Answer:	You probably could, but the juices from the hot dogs might drip down. There are holes so that steam can rise up and toast the hot dog buns.

Answer:	Yes it's will cook brats. But you may only be able to fit 2-3 on at a time

Answer:	I haven't actually tested intermediate temperatures, but low is essentially no heat. I used an infra-red thermometer to determine the maximum heat. It's about 255 on the front rollers and 155 on the back rollers. That temperature will slowly decrease as you turn back the dial.
