Answer:	I can make it reach half way across my sink (approximately 10-11 inches) when I extend it out completely from both pivot points. (At the base is one spot and the 2nd pivot is where there is a bend on the metal arm). Having them both points extended fully makes the faucet head close to the sink. The faucet also can be very compact also which is nice with big pots, etc.

Answer:	The Ninja can easily do cookie dough and cake batters. But it is a high speed unit. Anything that needs blending on low would not do well with this. I still have my mixer and use it for low speeds. My Ninja did come with a "dough blade" and I do use that for pie crust, bread dough, etc. I have not done egg whites, but I imagine it would do well as the high speed does incorporate a lot if air. Whipping cream does well.

Answer:	You can't. Sorry. I use mine alot. When I fully charge it I can usually leave it on charge for quite awhile. But not always, 2 to 3 hours will usually do it. But sometimes I have to use it one time after another for gallon cans. It it does run completely down on a gallon can. AndI can plug it in ASAP and in 10 to 15 minutes I can do another. Time after Time. But I always have a back up just in case.Hand can opener. Never know when something might go wrong. Or the electricity goes out :)

Answer:	Yes, it is BPA free. I ordered directly from Amazon in November 2016 and the unit that arrived states "All materials that come in contact with food are BPA free."

Answer:	There's two buttons: one spins the blade in the direction of the sharp side and the other button spins the blade in the opposite direction. You must hold the buttons to operate.

Answer:	This food processor can stir ice cubes, it can stir a lot of vegetables, fruits, etc, but I've never made a milkshake before, I'm not sure if it's going to work, you can try it.

Answer:	Yes, very uniform, I think this food processor has enough force. This processor impressed me and was a perfect product.
Question:	What is the EXACT capacity of an 8 cup food processor? Since it cannot be filled to the top, I would believe that it is less than 8 cups
Answer:	So far, I've only used this food mixer to make vegetable puree, and it does an excellent job of breaking vegetables into small pieces. I don't know how pure a puree you need to make it, but I think it will be fine for you.

Answer:	I make this really lovely German cucumber salad and I can slice my cucumbers just the right thickness with my KitchenAid. I also use it to grate cabbage and carrots for my families favorite summer slaw. It is quiet, easy to use and easy to clean; and it works great!
Question:	How many watt does it have
Answer:	Yes, there is a dough blade, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet. My KitchenAid stand mixer has a dough hook, so now it's great to have choices. Love the food processor for making pie pastry; can make 2 or 3 seperate recipes in the time it takes to make one pastry by hand. I tried doubling the recipe for the processor, but it works better to make them individually. Bread dough recipes work better for me to make one at a time with the mixer also.
