Answer:	This model doesn't have a "countdown" feature. It's a stopwatch only. There's no audio sound on the pro survivor model. Just a good, tactile and audible click from the buttons.

Answer:	This may be a dupe, but Amazon said the answer didn't go thru.This watch doesn't have a BEEP. It's silent.

Answer:	Yes. That's called "split timing". You can stop and start infinite times for a cumulative total or you can have "splits", timing two laps (or rounds or...) concurrently. For example, I swam two lengths if the pool in :01:37 and my coach hit SPLIT at the end if the first length. When I got out of the pool, I could see that my first length was 45 seconds and my second was 52, for a total of :01:37. Does that help?

Alarm Setting

1. In the Hours and Date display mode, press 1 twice to entre Setting.As the numbers of Hours and Date blinking simultaneously.
2. Press 2 to select the adjustment of Hours or Minutes.
3. Press 3 button to set alarm time.
4. Finally Press 1 again back to the time display status after completing the alarm setting.
5. Tip:In Hours and Date display,Press 2 and 3 together, Alarm will turn off.

Chronograph Function

1. Press 1 to get into the "Chronograph" mode, by pressing 3, you can now start or stop on any counting event.
2. During counting, press 2 will enter into lap time mode, meaning that 3 portion of the counting is registered on the display while the counting is still going on in the background.
3. Press 2 will get you to the current counting.
