Question:	Do the ice cubes come out easily
Answer:	Yes, very easily. The trays are a soft, durable material, so to remove the cubes you just press on the underside and they pop right out. The ice doesn't "stick" to the tray material at all. There's no twisting the tray to get the cubes to crack loose or anything like that, and with the tray material I feel confident that unlike plastic trays that soon crack from the twisting these trays will stay solid for years. It is also very easy to take out one cube at a time, which for their usual purpose (one giant cube in a rocks glass with a cocktail or whiskey) is handy since you usually only need one at a time.
Question:	If you stretch the silicone, does it turn white, or keep it's original color
Answer:	Turns white. Then goes back to the original color when unstreched.
Question:	What size are the ice compartments (length, width, depth) and how much fluid do they hold? Thanks
Answer:	So each cube holds about 1/3 cup of fluid.
Question:	Do these leave a white residue in drinks as other silicon trays are noted for doing
Answer:	In my short and unwelcome experience with the large silicon ice cube trays the only residue they leave is a very unpleasant mineral taste. I put one cube in a glass of plain tap water, after a few minutes the water tasted so bad I couldn't drink it. As an experiment, I used a fresh cube in the same tap water and it tasted so repulsive I couldn't drink it and had to pour it away. So even though I noticed no residue, the invisible taste was enough. I have used other silicon products and never had this problem before. I tried putting both trays through the dishwasher but haven't wanted to try making more cubes. Maybe I'll give it a go as the weather warms up and see if several runs through the dishwasher removes whatever compound is causing the off taste. I am concerned as to exactly what it is that is causing the horrible taste.

Answer:	I have noticed they do take longer than the old fashioned hard plastic ones, even when just using one tray.

Question:	How do you get rid of the white residue after they've gone through the dishwasher
Answer:	I don’t put in the dishwasher... hand wash
Question:	I just got mine, the square ones are easy to deal with but how do you get perfect spheres? It turned out to be a full sheet in the mold
Answer:	You have to push the top down until you feel the top and bottom "mesh" together. Then fill up each sphere. When you pick it up to put it in the freezer you have to do this carefully as to not break the mesh. I am not a fan of this setup, it is not easy to use.

Answer:	It makes 2 inch ice cube and 1.8 inch ice sphere.
Question:	What is the easiest way to fill the sphere "cubes"? I always wind up with a mess
Answer:	Firstly, put the sphere "cubes" on a firmly plate or something smooth. Secondly, put the top part and bottom part together, make sure they are touch tightly. After that, just have a slow stream of water fill each cavity from the little hole on the top, and make sure you fill each cavity completely, don't worry much about overflow. Question:	I'm not familiar with silicone ice trays. Are they sturdy? Or are they very flexible and easy to twist and bend
Answer:	They are sturdy in the sense that they can maintain their shape when filled with water and held by one end, but also very easy to twist and deform in order to effortlessly remove ice cubes. I've found the best way to remove the cubes is to invert the tray over the desired container and push them out individually from the bottom of the tray, as the silicon easily allows you to do so.

Answer:	Dont know the answer to that, but they make great ice cubes.

Answer:	Same issue. Apparently, this is an issue with silicone trays - the material is more porous than plastic or stainless and collects this crap. This has nothing to do with the water you're using. I happen to use filtered water and still get this result. The nature of the material used in the tray collects this stuff, which in turn makes your cubes taste absolutely disgusting.

Answer:	Dear Customer, Yes it is melting slower than the conventional ice cubes. The size of the skull ice cubes is the key! They are bigger than the conventional ice cubes so they melt slowly. Once I counted how many minutes a half glass of water with a single skull ice cube takes to melt down completely and it took over 30 minutes. These ice cubes will keep your drink cool for a long time but not affecting the taste much.

You might want to cut the holes on the upper tray a little bit bigger so that you can inject the concrete through the holes. Question:	Is there a way to make the skulls come out clearer when using water like the advertised picture
Answer:	The ONLY way to get clear ice cubes is by differential freezing. Otherwise, the 'cube' freezes first around its entire perimeter - then freezes inward toward the center. There is no place for the trapped air and impurities to go so it stays in the ice. Boiling water, distilled water, whatever - none of that will work. If you want clear ice, you must freeze it using differential freezing (google it) - from the top down - which allows all of the air and impurities to be pushed down and out of the ice mold.
