Answer:	Definitive answer -> Approx 0.5 teaspoons. I cleaned and dried mine, weighed it on a digital scale (1g of water = 1mL), filled it, and the weight was 157g/mL. Divided by 60 is 2.6167 g/mL, which is 0.53 t. That was after filling every cell, which naturally led to some water on top of the grid, which I used a paper towel to attempt to get the top of the grid as clean/dry as possible, but there was definitely some extra water on top. Realistically when you fill the cells, there will be some overflow, so you'll yield 1/2t plus a little bit extra that's above the cell. I use it for frozen ginger cubes (after juicing ginger root).

Answer:	I have, and yes, they work fine for that purpose. just lightly coat with non-flavored cooking spray to make it easier to remove. Keep in mind the more spray you use the more oily your candy will turn out, I used a little more than i wanted and had to use cheese cloth to wipe the candy a bit. Also keep in mind to pour consistently because these are prone to catching air because of the small size.
