Question:	Does the reading stay lit when removed from the valve or does it immediately shut off
Answer:	The filter is based on how many grains of solids it can filter. You have to find out how hard your water is and how much water you will use through it. This will kind of give you a rough estimate of how long the filter will last. This filter is rated at 750 grains, so do the math. With my Alex Duette 2 espresso machine making 5-6 drinks per day, I can go a year before changing the filter. But I change the filter every 6 months just because.
Question:	What kind of battery does this use and is it easily replaceable
Answer:	Remember this is a water softening filter not a particulate removal filter. Normally you put clean hard water through it and out comes softened water. You don't recirculate water through it. It is a one pass type filter. If you are softening with it and the water is coming out hard, you need to regenerate the ion exchange media by submerging in a small tub of brine water and then flush out the brine and it is ready to go.
Question:	How long do batteries last and is it easy to replace them
Answer:	I change the filter every 6 months, of course it depends on your water usage. Check on the packaging to see how many gallons the filter is good for and keep track of your water meter for a month or two to give you an idea.

Answer:	It stays lit for a short period of time, about 10 seconds I would say and then turns off.

Answer:	Its crazy easy to replace the batteries, but you might spend more on batteries than you would buying a new gauge, since you would need three LR44s and one CR2032. Mine lasted only a year before dying.

Answer:	You only need to change the round 2032 battery. The other small ones are for the LED. Super easy. Ours lasted 3 years

Answer:	First, let me say that I have not tried to measure ball pressure (I am a Patriots fan, so need I say more?) but you will need more than just a needle to do this. The gauge is designed to work with a self-sealing valve. A needle is an open hole to the outside. What you will need is a a tire valve extender. These have a seal at the valve stem end and threads on the other end to seal to the needle. The pressure gauge can then be applied to the valve stem end of the extender.

Answer:	Seems like you purchased the wrong gauge for your car - this is a low pressure tire gauge meant for low pressure tires (atv, tractors, lawn mowers, etc.). You most likely need the 60 PSI gauge.

Answer:	I have been using this maybe once a month for more than a year. I was surprised to the display went blank. Ordered CR2016 from Amazon for a replacement battery. Opening the case is not a big issue just two Philip screws. Found 3 more batteries different size and wondered if I ordered a wrong battery. Just moving the old CR2016 Battery a little the display started working again. Before you order a new battery, check if the battery connection. Answer:	They are essentially the same thing. A kilopascal is a metric pressure unit. 20 kilopascals equals ~ 2.9 psi. 140 kilopascals equals ~20.3 psi. They sell these internationally and perhaps some other markets don't use psi. I looked at my gage and both scales are displayed.
