Question:	Has anyone tried making cubes and then storing them in a ziplock In the freezer for future use? Do they stay clear and for how long
Answer:	Mine are always perfect... I assemble it, fill the compartments with tap water, rap the sides to purge bubbles from the lower compartments, let sit several minutes (30-60), rap sides again, place in freezer, top off the water levels, don’t disturb for 36 hours, remove from freezer and remove perfect cubes!
Question:	Does anyone have tips for making a perfect square? My cubes come out lopsided. The box appears to be even when placed in freezer
Answer:	It is easier when you take out the inner silicone mold w/ ice... flip it over and run warm water onto the mold till you feel it give. Loosen the ice from the mold by twisting, then press your finger on the backside of each cube. I use a bowl to catch the ice so it doesn't slide across the counter. Then place any ice we don't use into a zip lock bag, then another zip lock bag, so it doesn't take on the taste of our frozen marinara sauce sitting next to it... (or any other frozen food).

Answer:	This happened to me when I used 100% tap water (granted, the water where I live is EXTREMELY hard). I used distilled water to get clear cubes and spheres, BUT there were some ugly air bubble streaks inside. After trying out different methods (boil and cool the water, double-boil the water, use hot tap water, etc.), different ratios (100% tap water, 100% distilled water, 50/50 ratio, etc.), an even different freezer temperatures (0-degrees, 5-degrees, etc.), here is what worked for me: ~80% distilled water, ~20% tap water, heat to a gentle boil, allow to cool for 30 minutes, pour into the Glacio tub, and place into a 5-degree freezer. Yes, it took a while to find my ideal settings, but now that I know what works for me, making crystal-clear ice cubes/spheres is a breeze. You may need to play around with different ratios of water, prep (hot tap vs boiling), and freezer temps, but once you find the ideal settings you'll get crystal clear ice every time.

Question:	Does the ice melt fast? Would you be able to use one ice ball for several drinks? Like 2-3 drinks
Answer:	I just use both handles and slowly pull the silicone molds out of the plastic case. I don't overfill the mold and I find leaving the mold in the freezer too long (recommended time is 24-30 hours) makes it more difficult. Patience! The silicone molds appear to be pretty strong so with even pressure you can usually get the mold out of the case.

Answer:	I fill with water that has been kept in the refrigerator, and these usually take about 15 hours to freeze for me.

Answer:	Slide hard case out of styrofoam cooler then run sides under warm water til bottom ice slides out. Then I use bottom ice for either shaker ice or cracked ice. No waste.

Answer:	I got rid of my box already. The instructions weren't very detailed: but were essentially: 1. Fill with warm to hot water to the bottom of the line on one side of plastic liner. 2. Put the rubber pieces together and slowly insert into the foam. Add more water if necessary. 3. Freeze for 24-36 hours. Do not freeze longer. There were no instructions on removing the rubber bits after it is frozen. I have to run some warm water around it and slowly work it one side at a time until it starts moving. Fortunately, the rubber parts are really sturdy. When I remove the balls, I put one in a gallon freezer bag and one in a rocks glass. I then rinse everything in warm water to remove the old ice and then repeat. Once it's back in the freezer, I cover the ice ball in my rocks glass with whiskey.
Question:	Can someone please share the manufacturer's instructions? Amazon put shipping tape over top of them on my box and the tape just rips it off. Thanks

Question:	why does it need the foam? will it work without the foam container?? too bulky for my freezer
Answer:	It's a little more difficult to remove the mold from the plastic liner. A side benefit is that because the ice in the bottom of the plastic liner freezes completely, you can remove it a make smaller rectangular ice cubes by cutting the remaining ice with a cleaver. Because water freezes from the top down, only the bottom half of the remaining ice will be unclear and can be split from the clear ice.
Question:	Instructions specify that water not be left to freeze for greater than 30 hours. Does anyone have experience with this
Answer:	Yes. You can see it in the picture. It’s a plastic bathtub that slides into the styrofoam container. You fill the plastic liner about 3/4 full. Then slide the silicone mold into the liner. It fills the mold from the bottom. Frosted ice forms in the bottom of the liner and fails to continue up into the mold, thus clear ice. I’m sure there’s a lot of cool science behind why it works, but it does work.
Question:	Is there a plastic tub/liner in the styrofoam container
Answer:	Yes you can and I do. The longer they are in the freezer waiting the less clear they become. It’s usually about three to four days before you start to get some hazing.
Question:	Can you pull them out and save them while you start 2 more cubes? So I could have 4-6 available
Answer:	fill the container with water. Then put the silicon block in the container. Any excess water will run out, before you wipe it down and put it in your freezer. Wait 24 to 36 hours, and you get 2 near perfectly clear cubes. The power it requires comes from your freezer. This device cannot be plugged in on it's own.
