Answer:	Kombucha is highly acidic, which is normal. Although the acidic content can cause steel funnels or strainers rust. Definitely use a higher grade of stainless steel. I am not reflecting on the quality of this funnel, I'm just saying. For sure don't use ordinary steel.

Answer:	Bottom of stems are 1/2”, 5/16” and 1/4”. The stem on the large one is creased down the length to allow air to pass, this very helpful when funnel is a tight fit into jar. Tops are 3”, 2 1/4” and 1 3/4”

Answer:	I have only used mine for oil, so far. I have no doubt that it would do an excellent job funneling the flour, sugar and salt. For spices, I buy in bulk and funnel them into my spice jars with a much smaller funnel.

Answer:	I just looked at the tag on the funnels--no country of origin. However a quick search on line indicates the country of origin is Hong Kong. For $4.95, they are very nice little funnels.

Answer:	Hi if you are still looking -- u can use a bubble straw pipe type cleaning accessory. I have one from a company that just closed the original glass straw glass dharma they are retiring...they recommend drinkingstraws.glass who have taken over their lifetime warranty. I checked under accessories and they have these little brushes for $2 or less. I am pretty sure you can just search for these little brushes over here on Amazon as well. I use mine to clean bubble tea glass straws that I drink smoothies with but they are super useful...

Question:	Can this filter deep fat fryer oil
Answer:	I found that the screen was too fine to strain spices so it would probably be too fine for particles from fryer oil. You actually need a filter not quite so fine. I was constantly having to use a spoon to unclog the screen so it could drain. Trying to pour 3 gallons of oil thru it would be a bigger chore than I would care to experience.

Answer:	The neck of the funnel close to 5/8" at the top. The screen pulls out. Down the neck they progressively tapered a rib down the length of the tube to where it looks like a heart shape at the bottom. I do not feel any seam at the top. I don't know if a round tapered steel punch could be use to push out the tapered rib in the neck to pull out the rib inside.

Answer:	We use ours for goat milk, would recommend using a filter.
