Answer:	Yes, they are, according to the box. Also, I don't know if the problem is with the cartridges or the cream whipper, but these do not empty well. Much more of the gas escapes when I disconnect the cartridge from the whipper than actually goes into the whipper. I have to use 2 of them in order to get a reasonable about of cream out of the whipper.

I believe they were the 8gram, smaller and didn't fit my canister channel holder. Amazon didn't even state the size of the cartridges on their site and I couldn't return the wrong ones I received. You ought to call a vendor tha t sells your iSi dispenser and find out the correct charger to use. That's the best way so you're not guessing. Hope this helps.

Question:	Can I dispense some cream and then go back 5-7 days later and still have it dispense full whipped cream
Answer:	Yes you can use coconut milk, with the caveat that you must first refrigerate the can of coconut milk for 8+ hours so it is very cold and thickens. The dispenser works best with a milk fat content of 28%+ (coconut milk is lower, so needs to be chilled to firm). Before pouring the coconut milk into the dispenser (which itself should be chilled in the refrigerator for 3+ hours before use) or mixing with powdered sugar/other ingredients (recommended to do so in a bowl before pouring in the dispenser so it is evenly mixed), shake the can of coconut milk up to mix the cream with the oil (as it will separate when chilling). Then, continue with the normal instructions and enjoy!

6.Shake whipper briskly about 30 times in a vertical direction.When you hear the light cream and N2O blend in the cream dispenser, it's OK.

7.Hold whipped cream dispenser vertically(decorating nozzle pointing downwards) about 1-3cm above the surface,and depress the lever to dispense and decorate.

8.If you want to whip a hard cream, place the cream dispenser in the fridge for an hour(never in the deep-freezing compartment or the freezer).
