Answer:	Yes they are washed, ready to eat, plump juicy and delicious.

Answer:	No, I am pretty sure these are raw+frozen (if they were blanched the color would change and they would become all mushy once they defrosted, and that's not the case). I am buying them every week and they are tastier than the fresh ones you find out of season.

Answer:	Approximately 400 calories.

Answer:	No refrigeration needed after opening. Stored in a dry, cool place the product will last almost forever. I use in rice and pasta dishes to add color and a hit of broccoli. Wonderful product.

Answer:	I think mine was about half and half. I will add they are delicious, both stems and fleurettes. Good strong flavor. Good to use as a snack, good in soups and good on salads. I like them.
Question:	How many ounces are in "one full quart" of freeze dried broccoli
Answer:	shipping weight--they say it is 5.6 ounces shipping weight, so the product itself must be about 3 ounces. if you're looking for a good price compared to the #10 cans of FD broccoli, look elsewhere, as the #10 cans are about a gallon (by volume). what is for sale here is a quart size jar (that is by volume, not weight). disregard the person who wrote 16 ounces is in a quart (there are 32 fluid ounces in a quart, but by weight it would depend on what you're filling the quart jar with).
