Answer:	The canister has a thin metal layer that breaks easily when you twist the cartridge holder into its screwed position. The gas enter the tank and you can feel the tank turn cold. The top of the unit is solid and takes a beating if it fell it would be fine.

Answer:	Yes you can use coconut milk, with the caveat that you must first refrigerate the can of coconut milk for 8+ hours so it is very cold and thickens. The dispenser works best with a milk fat content of 28%+ (coconut milk is lower, so needs to be chilled to firm). Before pouring the coconut milk into the dispenser (which itself should be chilled in the refrigerator for 3+ hours before use) or mixing with powdered sugar/other ingredients (recommended to do so in a bowl before pouring in the dispenser so it is evenly mixed), shake the can of coconut milk up to mix the cream with the oil (as it will separate when chilling). Then, continue with the normal instructions and enjoy!

Answer:	First, make sure that there is no more NO2 in the bottle, by carefully releasing the pressure from the can.Try to have really warm (hot) water run over the lid. Perhaps, the material of the lid warms up enough to give you a little room to unscrew.Other than that: Perhaps if you up-turn the bottle, you might be able to drip a little oil into the thread.Wear latex gloves or something similar to ensure a good grip when you try to unscrew.If the lid does not unscrew because it has been screwed in askew, don't bother and get a new one. If you screwed in askew the thread is ruined and can not be trusted to properly seal again.
Question:	The cream is coming out runny even after extra shakes and a very chilled dispenser & chilled cream. Any other troubleshooting tips
Answer:	Shake the canister upside down and rest the container on it’s side for a minute or two before removing the charger. This will allow for absorption and prevent runny cream.

Answer:	I have the same dispenser that I got about a month or so ago. When you are adding the CO2, are you doing it quickly? You have to do it very quickly! If it is hissing the whole time you are unscrewing the cap, that is letting the pressure out. Be careful, the cap has a hole in it and I burned my finger the first time I used the dispenser. I love the ease of the trigger on this dispenser. I had one several years ago that was hard to push. My husband used it once and had whipped cream on himself, the floor and the ceiling! What a mess! Let me know if this helps, if not we'll try something else!

Question:	how long can I keep it in the refrigerate
Answer:	It depends on what’s in it and how sterile the container is. Generally speaking whole cream based product will last the longest. Half and half a little less. Colder refrigerator longer life, other things may add or subtract from this. I’d say 3 days no problem a week probably time to throw it in the biscuit mix.

Answer:	Hello, If at first try, the cream is runny, pls shake few more times & it comes out perfectly. If using heavy cream, I find about 10 shakes is good Enjoy!

Answer:	Yes - you can save it in the fridge for later use, the shelf life is shorter than normal (since it isn't always in the fridge), I always sample a small amount before serving to make sure...but have never had a problem.

Answer:	I need to make coconut whipped cream I recommend liquid coconut flavoring, nothing granulated. I have made maple using a syrup and extract it tasted great. Made it with 1 can coconut milk (refrigerated overnight) 1/4 c honey and 1 tsp vanilla extracct

Answer:	You can use them but you won't get good results. If you want to make foams you need N2O cartridges. CO2 reacts with the cream to make carbonic acid. The result might be chunky, will be acid tasting.
