Answer:	The VersaTAC is smaller and lighter than the FUBAR. It's also very sharp out of the box (this might be good or bad depending on your intended use), whereas a FUBAR is not (but can be made nearly shaving sharp easily enough if necessary). I have the VersaTAC and the FUBAR. If you intend on really abusing the tool (heavy demo, etc) buy the FUBAR. If you need something smaller, handy, sharp and light, buy the VersaTAC. Better still; get both.
