Question:	Missing parts solved
Answer:	2 screw design on push board are cancelled,so no worry to lose screws.And blade is set on body,so 2 nuts to lock blade are also cancelled. For other parts,there are extra nuts in parcel.
Question:	Can you buy replacement blades
Answer:	I don’t think you can. I checked this out when I tried to clean the blades. I took out all the screws , not just the two holding it to the main part. It was hard putting it back together. I checked with the manufacturer, but they didn’t sell the blades.

Answer:	The three options were plenty for a push through cutter. The 3/8 size was just like fast food fries. I could do 3 lbs of potatoes in a couple minutes, using large red potatoes. Amazing.

Answer:	Cut them in half the long way and this thing powered through them, too. This thing is a beast.

Answer:	yes 1 year but will last a real long time
Question:	Can the basket, lid and tank be washed in the dishwasher? Also, can you use the lid during cooking to stop oil splatter
Answer:	The tank, and the basket seem to do well in the dishwasher. I have not placed the lid in the dishwasher because it seems to do well with just wiping with warm soapy water. DO not use the lid during cooking! This is a deep fryer and any use of a lid may introduce water from steam to the oil causing a boil over of oil.

Answer:	We tried, but it's real hard to do so I would say no unless you want to cut them into small pieces.

Answer:	Yes. Not enough torque to cut a medium potato. Go with something bigger and probably more expensive but if you make a lot of fries it is worth the extra $

How to use?

Step 1: Raise the handle of the cutter to make the pushing plate is away from the cutting plate fully.

Step 2: Insert a potato into the cutter lengthwise and slowly lower the handle until the potato is held securely between the pushing plate and cutting plate.

Step 3: Push down on the handle and the potato will be forced out through the bottom of the cutting plate.

Question:	Does it have a suction cup to hold it in place
Answer:	It does and works great for the first several times... then the suction cup loses it's grip. This makes it quite dangerous to use.
Question:	Can it cube/dice potatoes
Answer:	Well, I guess you could use it that way - push the potato out a little ways, and slice off the size of cube you want. But it is not designed to do that - it's just supposed to make long fries for regular potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots.
Question:	Is it all metal steel. Looks like the back is plastic
Answer:	The push plate has a plastic face... mine broke after 3 months... no word from the manufacturer
Question:	Will it cut a sweet potatoes
Answer:	A smaller sweet potato, yes (but it still takes some force)...anything above a smaller sized sweet potato is very, very difficult. I’ve tried numerous times and the potato typically gets stuck in the blade due to how dense it is. On the flip side, it is very easy cut a regular potato - in fact, the fries come out great!
