I have tested a few items and the smallest label size tha tyou may use is 3/8" x 3/4" for a UPC- E barcode and 1" x 2 1/8" for the UPC-A barcode. Answer:	They work a lot better going through a laser printer than any other envelope we have tried. We used to use another product, but the peel would overhand the envelope flap and caused our printer to get sticky. Answer:	They have a great seal. I have not had to tape them shut.

Answer:	These envelopes seem pretty well made. Not really sure about your question enough to answer with 100% assurance. Sorry I can't be of more help to you.

Answer:	I used them in Xerox WorkCenter 6027 (laser printer), and it causes paper jam. I think it depends on your printer too.I wish it works for my printer because the envelopes are great.

Answer:	That was not advertised. I don’t think anything on the box says recycled, so I would say no.
