Answer:	I had gotten foam too, but there was also juice that came out with the foam into the screen trap on top of the provided container. You may try allowing the spinach leaves to soak in water for a few minutes. The leaves will soak up some of the water and when the cells are broken by the auger, it will carry more of the juice out of the leaves and perhaps help with the foaming situation (perhaps the leaves had very little moisture in them to start with which would explain the foam).You can also alternate leafy green with a carrot to help squeeze the pulp of the greens better. I also found out that too many greens can jam up the auger and you could damage the handle doing so (as I did). Allow a controlled number with slow steady turning for best results.

Answer:	Does the little rubber stopper from the bottom of the blade keep popping out?? (It’s hard tonnitice, very subtle). I just called the company today for trouble shooting advice as the rubber piece is causing the blade to protrude slightly which then prevents the whole unit from clicking shut.

Answer:	The same happened to me wirk the inner seal. I contacted Hurom customer service via email, they sent me a replacement part for free very quickly.

Answer:	You can order them from Hurom, however I don’t see how they would break. They are heavy duty and I hand wash them.

Answer:	Yes, the carrot pulp comes out the discharge chute in a hurry and makes great juice. One of my heart healthy juice recipes has carrots, beets, apples, oranges and lemons in it and it’s a favorite of mine. The time you spend prepping (cutting into smaller pieces) is well worth it, as there are virtually no jam ups or blockages then. Too large a piece winds up slowing you down. Celery juice is another daily fav that is easy to do if you cut it into smaller pcs, typically 4” long. Lots of juice and very dry pulp that is tightly packed in the discharge chute but easy to remove when you’re in clean up mode, just flip the chute locking handle and separate, comes right out in one piece. Clean up is a breeze, just warm running water and set down on a towel to dry. Those long slots in the strainer are a great design improvement that aids in the quick, no hassle clean up. Love it.

Answer:	no I don't think so, its meant to juice grass. I guess it would depend on what results you want . it would extract the juice, no pulp. the pulp would come out the front,dry. if you wanted liquid corn juice than maybe yes., for like cream corn a blender would be better.

Answer:	i am assuming you figured out that the front part where the used grass comes out, screws the opposite way.. left to tight and right to lose. once that is off, the spiral looking shaft comes out and the screen at the bottom just slides out.. if you left food in it and it dried up.. you may have to soak it. mine got stuck once and i had to carefully pull it out with my needle nose pliers.. but be careful not to bend it or it won t fit back in properly. hope that helps. you can always oil it a little.. (veggie oil,, not wd 40)
