Answer:	The mouth size on the 40oz model is about the same as an 8oz soft drink can. The bottle itself won't fit in your average cup holder. Not sure about the splash guard. I totally recommend this product though.

Answer:	It is not 100% air tight because there is no rubber o-ring, but the seal is very good and tight and it is more air tight than the carton of ice cream you get at a store. I've yet to have ice crystals form while storing in this container. Hope this helps : )

Answer:	No it is not normal. Our church has several urns. 3 are 100 cup another is 55 (another brand) None of those drip from the top of the urn when brewing. It has nothing to do with the amount of water or the lid too tight. Actually the lid on the one we purchased was the same as to it's fit. Something is wrong with the construction of this brand and it's too bad. West Bend has always been so reliable in the past.

Question:	Is it safe to use aluminum foil for baking , e.g. to cover the baking tray
Answer:	Thank you for your question, Margarita. Aluminum foil can be used on/around the food being cooked, and on/around the bake pan. However, be aware that using aluminum foil changes the heating characteristics of the oven, and may lead to unpredictable results. Never use aluminum foil on the crumb tray, the floor, the walls, or along the entire rack. Doing so will cause overheating, and improperly manipulates heat reflection, leading to poor results.
Question:	Is it ptfe or pfoa free
Answer:	It looks like stainless steel inside and out - I do not see any coating on it, I would not have kept it if it had. The inside is shiny SS and the outside is brushed SS. Very nice oven -- I'm a nutritionist and I like that it uses crystal rods for the heating elements - all the others in this class use aluminum. Not that I've seen any studies regarding this, but crystal seems a little better than heating up aluminum.
Question:	Would I be able to fit two slim (cookie sheet) 13x9" pans at the same time? (assuming I get a 2nd rack
Answer:	Yes, if your can find a second rack but.... you will not get an even bake. You can not successfully cook a pizza, pie, bread pan, roast, whole chicken etc. This oven does not get to 450 no matter how long you wait and does not have clearance for anything like bread or whole chicken roaster even on the bottom rack which I would not recommend for an even bake. Toast does not cook evenly either. If you are cooking small meal for 2 or reheating fine. This is not going to replace your full sized oven if you are a cook or baker.

Question:	Online documentation? I found some info and it looks like it will work for the following B&W coffee makers
Answer:	I have B +D model # DCM100B, Type 1 and I can assure you that neither of the lids allows for usage with the coffee maker. I'm giving up and buying a whole new unitl No one seems to have a carafe that fits my coffee maker, unless I can find one at a second-hand store, I don't know if one exists. Surely NOT one from B + D.
Question:	Will this carafe work with model 1050B, if I use the flap lid from the original carafe that broke
Answer:	I had the hardest time replacing mine for the same reason. I finally got smart and called B&D directly. I told them the problem, that I thought it was a weakness in the top design, the model number of my coffee maker. They sent me a new carafe, no charge, within the week--faster than Amazon might have sent it and no charge to boot! The one I bought from Amazon worked, but obvious it was not specifically designed for my coffee maker, as I had to sort of wiggle it to get it seated properly.
Question:	will this fit a B&D model CM4000S? thanks
Answer:	Not sure which model is which, but the two lids it came with does not fit our coffee maker. However, our old lid did fit the carafe and therefore works. If you order this model try your old lid on the new carafe.
Question:	Will this fit model CM 1050B
Answer:	When you purchase this replacement carafe, there are 2 flap-lids: one is for models DXL1050B, DE755B, DCM100B, CM1010B & CM5050. The other flap-lid to the carafe fits models DXL1050W, DE755 & DCM100W. The bubble on the top of the lid is too tall for the model CM1050B and catches on the Sneak-a-Cup auto-stop drip valve at the bottom of the drip basket. I called B&D and the carafes are on back-order and not available for at least 2 weeks and cost $17.99---a whole coffee maker at WalMart is only $19.99!! However, this replacement carafe (for model GC3000B) CAN work---it is just a very TIGHT fit with the most shallow lid and if you are not careful, you will pull down your coffee maker when you try to remove the carafe and makes the filter basket a tiny bit cocked while the carafe is inserted. I wish I had known the flap-lid was removeable when I broke my carafe and I would have saved it. It was such a shock to me to hold a skeleton of my carafe that I just threw it all away!

Question:	Do you get 2 tubs
Answer:	Nope. One tub with lid.
Question:	Does it prevent freezer burn
Answer:	I have not experienced any freezer burn. If I expect the ice cream to be in the freezer for an extended period of time, life like 3-4 weeks, I take precautions like I do with the cartons you get from the store. I wipe off the sides where some ice cream melts a little and then I take a piece of plastic wrap and place it directly on top of the surface of the ice cream. I've never had an issue with ice crystals or freeze burn even with it forgotten in the back. Don't forget to wipe off the lid too. Works for store bought and homemade.
Question:	Are These containers insulated? for keeping ice cream cold? or just for storage
Answer:	I wouldn't call them insulated, but the soft rubbery material they are made from provides some degree of insulation. We make a good bit of homemade ice cream, and these containers make storage of the leftovers(from a large ice cream social) convenient and sharing with others easy and colorful.
Question:	Can you someone tell me how much icecream it will hold? 1 cup or 2 cups per container? Thanks
Answer:	Sorry never measured by cups next time will but it holds a full making from the Cuisinart ICE-30BC Pure Indulgence 2-Quart machine. 3 cups water to make lemon ice that I know, hope it helps. also the same for the Tovolo Glide-A-Scoop Ice Cream Tub I thought it would be bigger but just longer for scooping.
