Answer:	I think the box is somewhat discrete, usually we make our packages discrete as discretion and privacy are a top concern. If you emphasize the importance of this it helps also but it is generally a common concern for many customers. Ie. Not only from the surprise point of view but they do not want others to stick their nose in their business and personal matters, etc..
Question:	Will the PET bottles fit on a fast-ferment bottle drying rack (not a tree
Answer:	I would assume so the ball openings are about the same
Question:	What are the dimensions of the fermenter Itself? Trying to see if it will fit in my fermentation chamber
Answer:	About 22" tall (with Krausen Collar), ~19.5" without. The lid is domed and has "wing handles" that make it about 15.5" wide, and ~ 14.5" wide the other way. The FV itself is slightly tapered to about 13" at the bottom. The spigot, when installed, does not extend past the diameter of the lid. If you have a 16"x16"x22" space inside your fermentation chamber, it should fit fine since there is no bubbler/airlock at the top. Question:	What volume gradations are marked on the fermenter? Just a line at 6 US gallons
Answer:	The fermentation vessel's volume is actually marked in liters. It starts at 3 liter and goes up to 27 liter. There is one mark for each liter.

Question:	Does this machine work with any other packs? I was told you could no longer order Picopaks due to the company closing
Answer:	This is true as far as I have been told. Picopaks are going to become, or are already unavailable. You may however do a manual brew, using recipes for 2 - 2 1/2 gallon batches quite successfully. You should get your grain fir brewing from a home brew supply store.
Question:	What is the consequence of using tap water in the PicoPro
Answer:	The steam generator should use distilled water to avoid mineral build up. For actually brewing, you can use tap water just fine.
Question:	Can you bottle ths beer when complete instead of the keg to make it last longer
Answer:	Yes, I bought the bottle kit which contains five reusable 1 L bottles and filling device. About $35. Plastic reusable bottles are also available online.
Question:	what is the difference between pro and the c system
Answer:	The Pro comes with a system that allows you to tap directly from a keg. The beer is pushed by CO2, just like draught, from a mini line tap (like a keg tap at a picnic). However, consider that you will need to buy 74g CO2 cartridges, which can get expensive. The Pico C puts the beer in a keg which is carbonated by a 16 gram CO2 cartridge but is ultimately gravity fed. The Pico Pro allows the beer to stay carbonated as long as you keep the CO2 on it - the Pico C gravity fed will only stay carbonated for about 4-5 days after you tap the keg. On the other hand, the keg is only the equivilant of about 10 tall cans of beer, so I find I am done the keg well before the carbonation runs out. The Pico pro comes with really well made kegs that are very easy to use. The Pico C kegs will be a bit different design (I have not used one but I have some on order) - you will be able to put them in the dishwasher to clean, which is convenient. The Pico Pro has a larger display, which gives you info during the brew process and on screen instructions to give you reminders about how to use it properly. The Pico C will have a smaller display - I don't know how different it will be though - you'd have to ask Picobrew. So, if you want to make great beer I would get the Pico C but if you want to make great beer and have all the toys I would get the Pico Pro (by the way they have the best, most responsive customer support I've ever dealt with- they will help you with anything - sometimes 5 minutes after you e-mailed them!). Either way, I can tell you that after about 30 brews I haven't had a bad one yet - the beer is so fresh and excellent- my wife and friends love it too! The ability to design your own beers with the Freestyle Picopaks is awesome! If you have never brewed before you will love this machine or even if you are experienced and used to design and brew your own all grain beers (like me) you will still love this machine!

Answer:	Thanks for reaching out again for more information about your Marsha and Boil unit. We like questions. And again we asked our supplier for an official response so you get reliable information. Here it is and cheers to your brewing! The Mash and Boil features double wall stainless steel construction that helps to insulate and conserve heat. If the customer is brewing in an extreme environment where this is not sufficient, we recommend wrapping the unit in foil batting that you should be able to find at a hardware store.
Question:	What size of plastic hosing would I need for transferring and such
Answer:	I use 3/8" ID silicone tubing to transfer wort from the kettle to the fermenter, but its a tight fit over the barbs on the spout and vinyl tubing probably wouldn't stretch enough. If I was using vinyl, I'd buy 1/2" ID tubing to make the transfer. Same goes for the removable recirc line used with the pump - 1/2" ID tubing would probably be the right call.

Question:	Does it come with the ingredients to make it
Answer:	They are very small,2x2 inches approx. We have a small Maltese 7.5 pounds. He was getting through our rod iron fence so we zip tied the Tenex fence to the rod iron fence, works perfect. We used wire cutters for a custom fit. This is a strong material but if you are using it alone with out a strong fence behind it, I believe your very large dogs could chew through it if they wanted to get out. We love it.

Answer:	Yes and it actually comes with a recipe book for a few different types of drinks. For the price works fine for me. Use a cooler with ice water to run though 5 gallon bucket ran hot toward the end of my first run.
Question:	Where do i get silicone gaskets
Answer:	Make your own from high temp silicone gasket material. Food grade. Found right here on Amazon.
Question:	Can you put a magnet on the bottom and stick. I use induction heating
Answer:	Induction stoves only work on pots/pans that have materials that contain ferrous metal. It works on the the principal of magnetics. The correct metal is called ferromagnetic. There must be ferric metal in the stainless alloy or sandwiched in the bottom. As long as it works.. All I care about. Induction is the way to go for me. Safer for unattended operation.
Question:	Can the thumper and condenser be taken off of the main pot
Answer:	This is not a thumper. It has to have a line going almost to the bottom. This is a slober box. But with a brass coupler and a 3" brass nipple it becomes a thumper.

Answer:	There's no reason it can't. Full disclosure, so far I've used it for just two batches of kit beers, but I have been making champagne-like substances in 1 gallon jugs, and once I get the ratios right, plan to upscale to this.
Question:	The description says recipe of choice, what recipe does this kit come with? I dont see a way to choose a recipe when checking out. Thank you
Answer:	When purchasing the kit, you either request the recipe in the comments section or the Catalyst company will follow up with an e-mail asking you to pick a kit. Their company website is really useful with detailed descriptions of each recipe. Good luck!

Question:	Can pump use in the upright position that is installed vertically
Answer:	Yes, it can. As long as you make sure the pump is primed (only fluid between the intake and source reservoir) and that there is a steady supply, you should have no problems and orientation has no impact on an inline pump.

Answer:	It's made in China, don't buy it because the pump housing is made of plastic, not stainless steel as advertised.

Answer:	Make sure that the pump is below the outlet valve or you break the vacuum prime.
