Answer:	Solution for Low Flow = Install TWO Filters, connect them in Parallel. The Connection is 3/8" NPT, Increase the supply tubing to 3/8" Plastic, then install 2 x TEEs before and after the water filter 3/8" x 3/8" x 3/8" One line in two lines, one to each filter, then another TEE, and one line to your Refrigerator or to the faucet.DON'T Drill the hole in the filter larger. In order for the Activated Carbon to Work the water must achieve a specified residence time. If you want more flow then add 2 or 3 filters in parallel. Also the filters will last longer, as the volume of water is half as much as with 1 filter.I work for GE Gas Turbine; Hope this helps. Answer:	I had what I thought was iron/rust in my water, but discovered it was actually a result of a type of bacteria known as Iron Ochre. Iron bacteria itself has no connection to health issues but it adds organic material to water so may encourage the growth of other bacteria. If you find adding clorine tablets or cleaners to your toilets reduces or eliminates the staining/smell then there is a decent chance you have Iron Ochre. My understanding is that Iron Ochre is typically harmless but can lead to rust coloring in the water, odor and if left unchecked you will likely get a slimy buildup in pipes and water lines. Search online for Iron Ochre and you will see horrible looking worst cases for the slime, but I never got to that level. If you are using a well for your water doing a good bleach flush from time to time will likely alleviate this and/or you can add a clorinator to your water lines.

Answer:	Our plates are almost 11 inches, & it fits really well but it bends so it could probably fit a larger plate.

Answer:	I just attached it to an 8.5 inch plate. It appeared to be OK but without actual use with food, I don't know. I did attempt to move it around and it remained in place. We used it on a 10.25 inch plate.

Answer:	Gosh, I don’t know. The packaging is long gone. But it is sturdy and works well on round plates And it washes easy top rack in D/W . keeps food on plate when a loved one or a client has vision issues and/or tremors. I wish I could find some for smaller plates and bowls .

Answer:	It says "C" on the box. Look at the third picture of the product.

Answer:	The GE FXUVC fits. However, because the flow rate is so slow, I enlarged the holes on both ends with a 1/8" drill bit. I imagine the faster flow rate may slightly decrease the effectiveness of the unit, but it still does the job.
