Answer:	This is controlled by side buttons, so you can never accidentally open the arms. I like this design too. More brilliant is that I can clip it to the left air vent, because the vent clip is tight and won’t shake at all. I’m left-handed and I’m used to using my phone with my left hand.

Answer:	This auto adjusts to fit all sizes of phones, all my family have galaxy s10+, charge no problem. And its air vent holder is the very unique, I did not see any other brand have this design, a useful little upgrade. They really are thinking about doing thing right, be creative.
Question:	Does this car mount need to be plugged in to charge the phone
Answer:	Yes. The charger needs to be plugged in to a 12v supply (cigarette lighter for example) to charge the phone.

Answer:	About 3.54 inch, it fits almost all Apple and Samsung smartphones. My new Huawei Mate 40 pro can be charged easily. Strong grip, phones are more and more heavy now, but it can secure my iPhone XR firmly. Nice quality!

Answer:	I have iPhone 8 with a case and it works great. I have a iBlason case that is fairly thick. I would have zero reservations about this charging pad.
Question:	Is it normal for my phone to be hot when its charging
Answer:	I discovered for my situation, I had the following layers (phone back -> wireless charging sensor -> metal plate (for magnetic mounting) -> plastic case backing -> wireless charging plate).... and it was super hot. When I changed it to this (phone back -> metal plate 0> wireless charging sensor 0> plastic case backing -> wireless charging plate) ... it was less hot. So double check and make sure that there's not metal between the wireless charging sensor and the wireless charging plate? but also YMMV
Question:	Will this wireless charger support the new 7.5w wireless charging coming in the new upcoming iOS update
Answer:	No. This charger does not support 7.5w charging in the iPhone X. I am running iOS 11.2 beta which now supports 7.5w charging and tested this charger using a 12w iPad adapter and it still only charged at 5w.
