Answer:	I like the sound too, as I am using the Remo silentstrike heads to cut down on the noise since I don’t want to annoy my neighbors. However, the disk fell off after only a day. I don’t think the glue on it works well with those heads. I am planning to try some other glues to see if they allow the disk to stay on better. I can’t see where the disk would impact the life of the head, unless the glue somehow degradants it somehow.
Question:	I had a 29 year aged peaberry coffee in hawaii that was excellent, looking for something like that. How long is the bean aged
Answer:	It isn't easily removed. Depending on how hard you hit with the beater it often becomes fused with the head. If you manage to remove it, and you didn't magle it up I suppose it can be removed. Not sure if it leaves residue, once I put them on, they don't come off till I change heads.
