Answer:	Well, description states up to 450° and I think a broiler is 500°, isn’t it? So I wouldn’t know the answer to that for sure. Maybe it would be ok for a short period? I have used this pan to roast country pork ribs, and roasted veggies at 425°, and these pans are BY FAR- my favorite pans I’ve ever used. Roasting comes out with nice browning and a crisp. They are VERY good quality, and thick. For the price, I’d definitely recommend trying it out! ;)

Answer:	These pots and pans are clearly heavier than your typical aluminum or stainless steel pot or pan. They heat up extremely fast and can bring a 2 quart pot of water to a qwik boil. You utilize a lower heat flame to cook with because of this high heat conductivity. A super long term investment. I recommend the 2.5 mm copper over the 1.5 mm thickness model.
Question:	Is the bronze handle gets hot really quick and holding with bare hand would be difficult? Any body has experience comparing this to cast iron handle
Answer:	I personally can’t hold them bare handed. I️ use a kitchen towel to handle the pots. They are great, and I️ use them everyday. However if you’re not seriously into cooking I don’t recommend them.

Answer:	The onsite specs do say, and I affirm, that the interior has sufficient space to hold a 9in round item in the interior. What needs to be clarified is the height. The effective clearance - that is the available space between the lower rack at the bottom and the heating implement at the top - is slightly less than 4in. An item with a height of 3.5in should fit, but one needs to be concerned with any food being close to the heat source. I would advise against cooking any food in this oven that will rise in excess of 3.5in from bottom of pan to highest point.

Question:	Are the skillets non-stick
Answer:	They're not the "non-stick" like Teflon. In fact, when I first got them, I was afraid they'd be difficult to clean. Not so! Hardly anything sticks. If it does (I still haven't mastered making omelets in the frying pans), a quick soak in soapy water followed by a good hand washing cleans them right up! I'd take these over the more "traditional" non-stick any day. No worries about chemicals leaching out of a treated surface into the food since it's simply metal. Hope this helps!
Question:	I see that they sell the 10 in pan separately along with a lid. Does one of the pot lids from the set fit the 10 in pan
Answer:	The set, came with 3 sauce pans with lids, 2 fry pans and a Dutch oven with a lid. The largest lid fits the Dutch oven but does NOT fit the larger fry pan. Because of the flare of the sides of the fry pan, the inside diameter is 10-1/4" while the straight-sided Dutch oven inside diameter is 9-1/2". I hope this helps you.
