They clean up great, even the metal rim on edge. i have had other non-stick pans and this one is great. i have used it everyday and there is no evidence of the coating coming off, cracking, or changing in any way.

Answer:	Cant see this ever happening, handle held on by three bolts, or rivets . I see no way they could ever come loose. Think pan will wear out before handle comes loose.
