Answer:	The aluminum is contained to the inside of many of these non-stuick pans . It is inexpensive and heats quickly and easily. I don't see that there should be any health concerns since the food is not "in" contact with the aluminum.

Answer:	The bottom is smooth. I do not, however, know the precautions about glass topped stoves. I had one years ago and only remember that there were certain products you could not use (maybe cast iron?).

Answer:	Yes they are the best baking pans I've ever had but the little circles can be difficult to clean. For messy stuff I usually line with aluminum foil

Answer:	The pans are 10 by 15 inches and the rack is 9 by 14 inches.
Question:	What heat setting on a gas stove is best to use? and, do both burners it covers need to be same btu and size
Answer:	If you have something super sticky - ie a honey soy glaze for chicken wings, then I line the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil - same as I would for my flat bottomed pans. Otherwise I have not had a problem cleaning or cooking. If something is baked on, I let it soak with some hot water before I clean it. I do like the pans - very heavy grade. I make alot of chicken wings and they clean up nicely - including the rack.

Answer:	NO. This is anodized aluminum, I think, and they are the best pans I have ever had. They are non stick and don't peel off or scratch like Teflon. However, I do use non metal utensils. Answer:	The linings in my 2 pans flaked from aluminum underneath without ever washing while still hot. I bought 2 pans this year, used exclusively with new DI ORO non-scratch utensils, seasoned pans as advised, used only low heat and hand washed. Worked great for 5-10 times, then center of surface in both pans began to flake off and allow everything to stick to metal beneath. I am now afraid to use them since I do not know health safety of flaking material in my food.
