Start cooking on the hob then use the handle to move your pan to the oven. Minus the handle, each pan doubles as an ovenproof dish, safe up to 260°C. These black pans also make stylish serving dishes once the handle is detached, so you can serve your food piping hot, straight from oven to table.

Into the Fridge or Dishwasher

You can also use the cooled pans to store leftovers in the fridge – simply attach the Ingenio airtight lid. You can even reheat food in the same pan and they’re dishwasher safe (minus the handle). That’s one less job when you’ve finished cooking!

Answer:	Not sure, but it's not aluminum.. I've been using the pan and its great!!!!...love it so much, I bought another one in a different size
