Answer:	Hi, the above item is a roasting pan with a rack. Using a baster is a separate issue. This product looks good. If you keep the lid on your meat will bast itself if you put some water or both. Question:	How big of a turkey would fit in it
Answer:	I'm pretty sure the rack is also stainless steel. It's substantial and heavy just like the pan. I know it's not aluminum because there's no way it would be as heavy if it were. The pan is amazing. I bought it thinking I'd use it mainly as a casserole/lasagna pan but to be honest I use it at least twice a week with the rack to roast meats. It cleans really easily and I have had no issues with rust on either the pan or the rack. And I haven't used the pan without the rack more than a handful of times. We roast chicken thighs at least twice a week and often also make pork or beef on another night. I'd say we use this pan and rack at least three times a week and as yet have had no issues with rust. I both hand wash and wash in the dishwasher. It's a really good pan

Answer:	I’ve had my set for 4 years now. The non-stick is ABSOLUTELY the best I’ve ever had! Still has not worn off, cracked, chipped, etc. The color is still in tacked has not chipped, cracked or worn from scrubbing. In fact a cashier in the “Kitchen” store said they quit selling “Rachel Ray” - she thought they were awful. My husband stepped back, he knew what was coming - I let her have an ear full! Over the years I have had nothing but named brand kitchen cookware- none have lasted or have held up as long or has been as durable and still look new as the “Rachel Ray” set I have. In fact, I have her kitchen set & a 32 pc setting in orange will be handing down to my daughter-in-law, I’m getting all new set in the agave blue. Answer:	No, not at all. My wife absolutely loves this pan. Only wish it came with a lid.

Answer:	Our Bakeware is all made with T-304 surgical grade stainless steel on the exterior and interior layers. They also have a heat-conducting aluminum core which is used to ensure even heating. Your food never comes into contact with the aluminum core or any non-stick coatings, nor other potentially-hazardous elements.
Question:	How deep is the pan not including the handles the product description says 2 1/2 but one answered question says that it is 5inches

Answer:	Including handle width, the roaster is 16 and 9/16 inches long. I have a small oven any cooking pan I use has to be smaller than 17 inches. My wife really likes the nonstick finish .

Answer:	The pan is 19.7" from handle to handle. Internal dimensions: 15.5 "(W) x11" (L) x2.5 "(H).

Answer:	The interior pan is a little over 9” wide. If your roast is smaller in diameter, then it will fit. The pan itself is heavy duty, but the rack is not. It hangs from the ends, with no bottom supports and sags a bit under weight. It should, however support 11 lbs without hitting bottom it just won’t give you the “warm & fuzzies” that a better made rack would.
