Answer:	The pan weighs 300g or about 10.7 oz.
Question:	What are the inside and outside dimensions of this fry pan? I've that it will/won't fit inside the 1.6l Stowaway, or that the 1.6l will nest in it
Answer:	The alpine fry pan fits outside of the alpine 2 liter pot (the middle pot of the alpine 4 and the larger pot of the alpine 2) The 1.6 liter stow away will fit inside the pan but it doesn't go all the to the bottom due to the taper of the pan sides and the width of the 1.6l stow away which is more than the 2l alpine apparently. In practice it would work as long as you're ok with the fact that the stow away could rock back and forth. You could use an Arno strap to hold it all together. I'll make a YouTube video about this subject this weekend if you want. I'll call it 'MSR alpine fry pan compatibility.' Look out for it.

Answer:	I haven't tried making bannock in it myself, but it is a sturdy skillet so I think you should be able to make it. Here's a recipe I found that I might try. Enjoy! Ingredients- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour- 2 tsp. baking powder- ½ tsp. salt- ½ tsp. sugar- 3 Tbsp. lard, bacon grease or canola oil- 1 cup cold waterDirections:1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. (This mix can be made in advance and kept in a zip-top bag or other airtight container until ready to use.)2. Stir in the fat and slowly pour in the water, while stirring, until a firm dough forms. You may not need to use the whole cup of water.3. Knead the dough for a minute or two, then set aside to let rise for at least 30 minutes.4. Divide and flatten the dough into small round discs. Fry in a greased skillet set over a medium fire, turning once, until cooked through about 20 minutes.

Answer:	10 cm = 0.8 L (~0.85 qt); 12 cm = 1.4 L (~1.6 qt) capacity, 14 cm = 1.9 L (~2 qt), and 16 cm = 3.1 L (3.3 qt) capacity. So you'll want the 14 cm, it's the one I have also, works great for one or two people depending how much you're planning to cook with it. I got the metal clips for it from fireboxstovedotcom store so I can lock the handle upright over a fire.

Answer:	I have 12cm & it holds a couple liters. My guess is the 14 ought to hold a half gallon.

Answer:	Yes and no. Comes with a pan but a nice sharp drill would make it a steamer. The pan is for separating food I think. It is a very nice pot the only thing that is kind of a negative to there are plastic tabs that hold the bale in position and lock it. They will melt. There are people out there that sell metal replacements or Youtube vids that show you haw to make them. Because of the plastic locking tabs I have not used it for cooking yet. With out the tabs the handle will not lock the lid or will not stay up out of the flame when cooking. Anyway well made and both are an easy fix.

Answer:	The 14 CM I have is 5 1/2" deep, this does not include the small pan that fits inside the can, this is 1 1/2" deep. I have seen two different sixes for the Ikea flatware holder, the smaller seems like it fit, but at the expense of the small pan that comes with the pot. The width would be sufficient.
