Answer:	I just got this pan in the mail today. I am returning it because this pan is NOT 12" in diameter. It is 10 inches.

Answer:	I got referred this because I have the Cuisinart GG-12 set, which is the ceramic coated non-stick version. The ceramic coating does not permit odors to develop as it is impervious.For the teflon/polymer coatings you could try wiping the surfaces down with hydrogen peroxide. If there is decaying food stuck in the surface coating the peroxide will oxidize and destroy the foreign material. If the odor is due to over heating - and usually you can tell because the surface becomes powdery, you are out of luck - all you can do is toss the pan because if you continue to cook with it you will be eating the coating.If you are considering a new set, I cannot rate the ceramic coated pots high enough. My daughter forgot to soak the pot she made mac & cheese in, and I found it the next morning after it had dried. When I pulled out the wooden spoon that had dried in the sauce, the entire coating on the pot came off in one piece. Clean-up turned out to be wiping it down with a soapy sponge and rinsing.

Answer:	Yes, the coating is a ceramic and is free of heavy metals such as cadmium.I've had my set for a year now and except for the nuisance of not being dishwasher safe, they are quite nice. Dried Mac & Cheese wipes right off.If you need a set that is dishwasher safe, I recommend the Henkle Zwilling Spirit cookware. I have the 10 piece set, plus a couple of extra skillets and pots. It is dishwasher safe.

The way to can tell is that is says that it is "PTFE/PFOA-free" and, according to Wikipedia: "Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene that has numerous applications. The best known brand name of PTFE is Teflon by DuPont Co." Hope this helps.

Answer:	The copper coating has chipped off after four uses but it is stainless underneath and still works fine. It's just not nice to look at. It's pretty frustrating for the price we paid.

Answer:	It does have a nonstick ceramic coating. This pan only lasted 2 months and the bottom worpped . Not very good quality. The handle will not stay tight either. It can't handle high heat settings​ at all. I had a whole set of this cookware and have been replacing it a PC at a Time. It's not even a year old yet.

Question:	It says 400 degrees oven safe. Wouldn't the "rubberized" handles melt? Thanks
Answer:	Oven safe up to 350 degrees. So only at lower temp. The handles will probably melt if you use it at 400 degrees or broil.
Question:	Just bought these have not used yet does the color really come off onto the stove
Answer:	No! These pans have an abrasive coating on the bottom of the pans which will instantly mar your nice glass/ceramic stove top with fine scratches. Yes, they will "work" on your stove, but over time, you will begin to see the scratches building up and may wonder where the scratches came from. I tested one pan on my ceramic top (after I opened the package and noticed the sandpaper like design on the bottom) and I now have a ring of fine scratches on my stove. I promptly repackaged the set and sent it back. Very disappointing and concerning.
Question:	what sizes are the pans
Answer:	NO, they do NOT. Don't listen to clowns making snarky statements. Both lids SINK into each of the fry pans, they do not sit ON TOP Of any frypan! There are NO LIDS for these fry pans in this set and I just ordered it, August 2020. Additionally, the lids slide around and don't sit well even in the pots! this causes excess steam to come out the side instead of the little hole. I feel completely ripped off by this inferior set made who knows where that maybe at one time was more quality, but I am sorry I even purchased this. It's now 27% less $ just a few weeks after I bought it, so maybe they know something isn't right too, but it's too late for me, I got gypped.

Answer:	I'm not sure what these other answers mean? We got the set and no damned steak OR professional chef came with it and to make matters worse, they won't even give me a refund!! The whole reason I ORDERED this set was for the steak and cleanup team. Come on man! What happened to America?? They used to give out free models with these things back in my day. Answer:	If you want your pans to last, don't wash them in the dishwasher. Never wash a non-stick pan in the dishwasher unless you want to shorten the life of that item. Even my nice stainless pots came with a caution from the manufacturer to avoid the dishwasher and my anodized skillets definitely had that warning. Be safe rather than sorry.

Answer:	I believe instructions said up to 300 but I wouldn't advise it. Rubber handles but best pans we have ever owed hands down. They are AWESOME 😎👍

Answer:	I originally didn't use any oil like this other answerer and after a year I am having to replace our large pan because the ceramic surface has worn off the bottom and food gets burnt to it very easily (which requires scrubbing and therefore deteriorates the pan further). I will definitely be repurchasing but I will be sure to use some form of oil to prolong the life a little more. Also we use only silicone utensils in it to prevent any sort of scratching. Ceramic pans I have learned are pretty similar to iron cookware in that they do have to be kept conditioned, even thought they are originally slippery.
