Answer:	I recently purchased a second set of this cookware. I gave one away as a gift. I use this on my boat and it is excellent cookware. We own an expensive set of Lifetime cookware which is manufactured by West Bend, and it is their high-end cookware. The Magma cookware set is every bit as good as our high-end cookware set. I was honestly very impressed with the quality and did not expect such for the price. This is a true value and that is why we are buying more sets to give to our kids. It does not come with any glass lids. It only comes with two - one for the skillet and one universal lid that fits all of the saucepans. It also only comes with two handles. They latch into place on the pots and are very secure. I would recommend purchasing an additional handle, because we often times use the skillet along with two pots at one time. The cookware nestles together for convenient storage and takes up very little space. Very well thought out design. I would also recommend purchasing the colander, which also is designed to fit into the nestled set. It is handy for straining and for steaming. Again, I cannot say enough on how good this product is. Answer:	Short answer, NO unless you purchase the stainless steel nesting set? For camping this is the best set on the market, they wipe clean with a paper towel, rinse, store. This set is oven, stove, induction safe. The stainless is harder to clean ( no non-stick surface available) and cannot be used on induction surface? No need for dishwasher with this set, super slick surface! Heavy duty!

Answer:	I have a set of Revere Ware stainless steel, made in Clinton, Illinois and Rome, New York that I purchased in the 70's. I then got some new-fangled, non-stick Teflon. Until it scratched. I learned it then leaks chemicals into my food so I got some stuff that says I can use metal and scrubbies on it. Until it scratched. Chemical leakage again, so I started using more of my USA-made cast iron, seasoned them well, used steel wool (no soap) to clean off stuck-on food, and I got the bonus of added iron in my food. Listening to commercials, I then bought a GREEN frying pan that's guaranteed not to stick. It's ok but did stick and got scratched. Probably chemicals in my food again, as well as a white pan I bought. So I started using my Revere Ware stainless; I don't use soap on the inside unless I absolutely need to, I can soak them, use steel wool, scrape with a metal spatula, use Easy-Off if I really burn stuff on, and it's as good as new! Food rarely sticks and I use little oil to coat the bottom unless a recipe says 1/4 or 1/2 inch or so. I say buy a good brand of stainless with handles that are welded or riveted on, and you'll have them to hand down to your grandkids! I'm 70 and got these when I was 23! They have copper clad bottoms for... I don't know why! I think heat distribution. P.S. I remember they were $89 for 12" & 8" pans, 1-1/2, 2, & 4 qt sauce pans, the larger having a steamer (never knew you put veges in that!) and lids for all. I have picked up oddball pieces in thrift stores, too! Go clean, go stainless!

Answer:	They do not work as they have no iron in them (induction requires iron to be present). When you shop for them in the store, take a magnet with you - if it sticks, it will work.
Question:	Dishwasher safe
Answer:	If you want your pans to last, don't wash them in the dishwasher. Never wash a non-stick pan in the dishwasher unless you want to shorten the life of that item. Even my nice stainless pots came with a caution from the manufacturer to avoid the dishwasher and my anodized skillets definitely had that warning. Be safe rather than sorry.

Answer:	Yes, Simply Calphalon Nonstick is oven safe but only up to 400 degrees! There are many times I will put my skillet and, at times, my large covered pot in the oven if my husband and children are not ready for dinner. Enjoy your set - I love mine and use them every day!
Question:	is it dishwasher safe
Answer:	We didn’t realize that it was not dishwasher safe. So, after a few washes the outer coating starts to dull and rubbed off exposing the aluminum. We started hand washing. Though the interior non-stick is still great and we still use them. Don’t wash in the dishwasher.

Answer:	Do not have to season. Ans they are dishwasher safe, but I tend to not put pots and pans in the dishwasher my self.
