Answer:	The Question is a good one and the answer from "diversityrox" in incorrect. The product is dishwasher safe ... I have had mine for over a years use it three time a week, wife puts in the dishwasher and it comes out looking like new on the cooking area.. The bottom is as with any cookware showing burnt marks but no damage whatsoever... I cook in the oven and on top of the grill (under 450 degrees) absolutely nothing turns out bad... Bottom line: These product and ones like it are insanely good, easy to clean and look great day in and day out... Any buyer will be pleasantly Wowed by this product. Money well spent. end of story

Answer:	Yes. However, I did trade all my metal utensils in for silicon ones. Although I can say I have mashed potatoes in this without issue (using my silicon hand masher) , I can not say if the pot would have been damaged had I tried with a steel and/or power mixer.

Actually I have used the two kinds of pans side by side, Gotham steel gave a better finish to the fried chicken. It makes the best oven meals. Best of all it cleans easily and can be put in the dishwasher.

Answer:	The internal flat area is about 10.5", external about 11". There is not a lot of curving on the side, it's pretty much straight up with a rounded edge.

Answer:	Many pans get warped when people take them off a hot stove and put them directly under cool water in the sink. That extreme temperature change can warp the bottom of many pans. Not sure about this one.

Answer:	I wouldn't put them in the dishwasher. The pans clean easily enough with just quick rinse and wipe with a towel. I wouldn't risk compromising the non-stick surface by putting them the dishwasher.

Answer:	The manufacturer says "NO!". It is not necessary with ceramic non-stick cookware, and it is counter to the basic care recommendation of "make sure the pan is cleaned with warm soapy water and is spotless prior to storage." Also, be aware that non-stick sprays and extra virgin olive oil are not recommended for use with this cookware because they "carbonize quickly when the pan is heated". Other oils or butter are safe to use with the pan to help food sear, crisp, or to add flavor. You will find you can cook at a lower heat setting with these pans because the ceramic coating heats up so fast and transfers that heat so efficiently. Hope that helps.

Question:	Do the handles get hot
Answer:	When I use them on top of my gas stove, the handles stay cool and are easy to use. In the over, they get hot (they are non-painted metal), so when I pull them out of the oven I slide on of my oven pads over the handle to protect my hands (I forget if I am in a rush!). These pans are great for cooking!

Answer:	It's not recommended. I only use avocado oil or a small amount of butter as recommended.

Question:	Can these be used with glass (electric) stove top
Answer:	I put mines in the oven at 350 degrees and nothing happened to them, someone told me the color on the handle might fade off putting them in the oven, but mines are perfectly fine, this set of pots are great! I hope this answer helps.
Question:	Can anyone tell me what the manufacturer states for cleaning instructions
Answer:	I’ve had my set for 4 years now. The non-stick is ABSOLUTELY the best I’ve ever had! Still has not worn off, cracked, chipped, etc. The color is still in tacked has not chipped, cracked or worn from scrubbing. In fact a cashier in the “Kitchen” store said they quit selling “Rachel Ray” - she thought they were awful. My husband stepped back, he knew what was coming - I let her have an ear full! Over the years I have had nothing but named brand kitchen cookware- none have lasted or have held up as long or has been as durable and still look new as the “Rachel Ray” set I have. In fact, I have her kitchen set & a 32 pc setting in orange will be handing down to my daughter-in-law, I’m getting all new set in the agave blue. Will never buy nothing but her products as long as their out on market!! Farmgirl
