Answer:	You can heat it up as quickly as you want but may cause the grill to smoke or even warp or time. Should just be heated up slowly each time you use.

Question:	Can a metal spatula be used in this pan? How to prevent sticking
Answer:	I use mine primarily while cooking on the grill. That being said, there have been times I've left them out overnight in the rain, damp weather, snow and so far haven't had issue. I only wish they would have made the goose neck a little longer as that would really make it a great light. But as it is, it's nice and bright and without all kinds of nonsense, multiple flash modes. Simple on and off light which is great for all around use.

Question:	Are the holes useful? the dough-joe steel has none and is a few bucks less. is there a performance difference between the 1/2 inch and the 3/8 inch
Answer:	Oh, my I would never use a metal spatula on this baby. I made granny pizza twice and it calls for a well-oiled pan. Did not stick at all! Another one I made in a Goldtouch stuck in several places. I would line the pan with foil or parchment if you think you might have a problem.

Question:	Can you roast vegetables in the oven with this pan
Answer:	Yes. After using the steel with the holes, I was really glad that I had made this choice. It is definitely easier to move using the holes. From the research I did prior to purchase of the I/4 inch steel, it was reported the 3/8 inch steel held the heat longer. I was leaning toward purchase of the 3/8 inch steel which weighs approx. 24 lbs. vs the 1/4 inch steel which weighs approx. 16 lbs. To get an idea of what that would be to lift the steel in and out of the oven, I weighed my pizza stone which has the approx dimensions of the is the steel but weighs 12-13 lbs. That helped me to make the decision to purchase the 1/4 inch steel. I do preheat the steel at 400 degrees for an hour prior to baking the pizza. I have found that the 1/4 steel makes a nice brown crispy crust. If I am going to make more than one pizza, I do allow the steel to reheat for about 10 min before baking the second pizza. I hope this helps. The only other thing I did prior to my purchase was to measure my oven to make sure it would fit.

Answer:	I thought it would work well on my gas grill but I had issues - maybe it was my grill. I was cooking multiple pizzas so I'd cook one pizza, take it off, cook another, etc. The first pizza was great. But as I went on the steel couldn't get back up to temperature fast enough and it took longer and longer to get the pizzas done. For my setup my oven works better. There was no problem with the steel on the grill - nothing physically went wrong and nothing was damaged. I just couldn't keep enough heat in the steel.
Question:	what country is this made in
Answer:	I don't. Unless you need steel stone's capability, you are wasting energy two ways - to heat up a significant metal mass and then, when you are done, cooling it. The fan in my oven runs longer if I leave the stone in it.

Answer:	I think so, if what you describe is like mine. There appears to be a web of very tiny fissures all over the surface. But it has worked for years now. I bought several as Christmas presents a few years ago and I think they all looked the same. My pizza stone is grey, BTW, not the brick color shown in the picture.

Answer:	Used this pan under the broiler to get nice spotting on pizza crust with temp ~520F and the sides started to curl considerably, so would not recommend above 500.

Answer:	It doesn't have a place of make on the pan. I have had mine for two years and it still works great. Dishwasher safe and no warping.

Answer:	Mine measures 12.5” across top rim and 12” across the base. I’m very satisfied with this pans performance. Non stick works perfectly and the pan has not warped or lost its shape after many uses.

Answer:	I used it once, frozen pizza at 425. It came out of the oven a little warped. Not sure I will use it again.

Answer:	We make pizza using Bob's Red Mill GF mix quite often using this stone. We do not preheat the stone. However, their directions have you make the dough, let it rise, then press it out on the (room temp) stone and precook the dough/crust. This is before adding toppings, and then finishing it for another 10-15 minutes in the oven. So the stone is not preheated in the first step, but the oven is preheated for the first step.

Answer:	They are steel. They are not magnetic themselves. A magnet will stick to them as they normally do to steel products. These pans work fine for me. I've only ever used one of them as I've not needed the second one. They clean up very easily.
Question:	are there holes in the pan
Answer:	No. Teflon is a registered trademark of DuPont, we do not use any DuPont coatings in any of our pans. The coating used for bakeware is very different from the coatings used in stovetop cookware.
Question:	Is this product ok in the dishwasher
Answer:	I've only used mine in electric oven. But it seems like you could use it on a gas grill too, if that is the question you are asking.

Question:	Can i use this in a camper oven that is propane headed
Answer:	Yes. It’s excellent for oven. Pizza never sticks.
Question:	will this work on induction
Answer:	No. It's a textured surface, but no holes. Helps prevent the pizza crust from sticking, although I use a quick spritz of Pam just to be certain. It's heavy and an excellent pizza pan.
Question:	does the crust come out crispy
Answer:	I did not order the pizza pan but I did order the 13x9 pan made of the same material for my daughter and she puts it in the dishwasher as far as I know.
Question:	Are the dimensions 12" overall or 12" not including the lip
Answer:	I have the muffin pan, BUT I wouldn't think a pizza cutter would be a problem for this pan at all. It is heavyweight and durable. I might invest in one of this enamel like cutters to insure that isn't a problem. Love my muffin pan!

Answer:	I’ve never tried to use it in a camper oven. It has a Teflon coating on it, and it’s not really a heavy duty kind of pan. I’m not sure it would hold up, but you could try it, I suppose.
Question:	is it 14" inside the border, or from edge to edge (14" including the border
Answer:	Yes this will work for the Induction Oven, not the cooktop.
Question:	I am trying to decide what size will fit in my oven. Can someone tell me the total size (edge to edge) of a 15 inch or 16 inch pan
Answer:	This a great pizza pan.. yes the crust is crispy but not overly done. I use mine only in a conventional oven. Best pan
Question:	Is this made in the USA
Answer:	No defined "lip". It is 12 including the "lip" as you say but I think you are talking about a ridge or rim. There really isn't one. It does raise a little on the sides (not completely flat) but there is no real edge or lip it just kind of goes up on the edge. I have used it for pizza, biscuits etc. not anything really liquid but it has worked great and the way it's made you can use the whole surface; quite handy and so easily fits in my toaster oven. My toaster oven says that 12 inches is it's maximum size but this pan fits nicely. To give you an idea when I put on a family pack of Pillsbury flakey biscuits I think 8 is the count but not sure; they all fit nicely with some room to spare so does a twelve inch pizza. When I am baking Tempeh I will use the pan but if there is a liquid like baking sweet potato fries with olive oil I will use a pan with sides so no oil gets on my oven. Hope that helps

Answer:	Yes, just buy the size you need. I think mine is 16 or 18 inch in my kamado.
Question:	has anyone used their metal pizza cutter on it? if so, any damage
Answer:	I can't say for the 14" since I ordered the 10", but the 10" is from outside edge to outside edge.
Question:	How does this pan compare to the airbake pans
Answer:	The pan I bought was a 15" and it's 15" exactly
Question:	Does anyone else have their pan warp at 500 degrees F
Answer:	The information concerning where it was made was on a sticker which was discarded. These pans are well made and thicker than what we had. Can't help with where they were made but the quality is there.
