Answer:	Gary, no you won't dent it. It's pretty strong for such a light bowl. Also, I don't recommend you using a mezzaluna I'm that bowl. It may not dent but it is light and will not stay in place while you're chopping in it with that blade. I'd stick to the concave board meant for chopping with a mezzaluna and leave the bowl for holding whatever you're chopping. You could have an accident

Answer:	Although not stamped 18/10, they are food grade, which would require at least 18/8. That being said they are of very good quality, and I have washed them multiple times in the dishwasher with no spotting, staining, or other rust inhibiting signs. Bought a set for my daughter in law at Christmas last year (2018) and got one for me as I liked them so well. Neither of us has seen evidence of any issues. They stay on the counter very well, with a high quality rubber bottom. I highly recommend!

Answer:	I used a hand mixer and it scratched the inside of the bowl from one use of a hand mixer. I wouldn't recommend using a stand mixer.

How to Make the Lids Stay On?

1. Place lid over the bowl

2. Press the lid center to let the air out

3. Repeatedly press the lid edge to make sure it sealed
