Question:	How does combining them horizontally work? Do we simply purchase two units, or is the bridging shelf sold separately? What is the maximum width
Answer:	I haven't received mine yet, but based on my experience with a different size unit from this same manufacturer/collection, you can assemble two single units with only two shelves each (instead of the provided three), and use the two extra shelves as "bridges" between the two single units, so you end up with a unit whose total width is three times that of a single unit. Hope that makes sense.
Question:	I am over 70 years old. How easy is it for someone in bad health to put together
Answer:	No major problem, it's pretty easy. You do have to cut it out of the initial packaging.
Question:	Could you provide the distance between shelves
Answer:	4" from floor to bottom shelf and then, 6" between shelves.

Answer:	So far so good for me. If used indoors without high humidity, I don't see any reason why rusting should occur.

Answer:	26.5" wide; 19.25" high; 11.25" deep. Easily stores nine pairs of shoes. Sturdy ane VERY easy to assemble. I strongly recomment this product.

Answer:	I ordered two racks in September and then from my order page, reordered two of the same thing. Today the second two arrived and they are NOT the same...these have hinges in the middle.

Question:	Do tall boots fit better if you install the shelves at an angle rather than flat
Answer:	It would be better installing the shelves at an angle, but I do not feel the rack was designed for tall boots with all three shoe organizer shelf. It may work better for tall boots if you only installed two of the shoe organizer shelves. Leave the middle shelf out.
Question:	What is the height of the unit without the adjuster feet
Answer:	35" w/O adjusters, mine sit at @38" with.

I really like it because they are sturdy and wide enough for any tioe of shoe. Also, you can tilt the rack if you don't want it flat (as in the picture), but I use the 8 of them flat.. I love mine
