Answer:	You don’t have to . But with stainless steel, they look much better without all the scratches they would get with metal utensils. Most of mine don’t have any coating, but I would always use nonmetal utensils on all. I love all my all clad pieces and have had many of them for over 20 years and they still look almost brand new. Super for cooking!

Answer:	Not when it's new. I prefer to line it with parchment paper to protect the surface and to make sure nothing sticks.

Answer:	From owning similar bake ware, we know that the surface can be scratched (which leads to rust), so we don't use knives in these pans. We line with parchment so we can lift the baked goods out. I suspect that his would scratch and rust, but I can't tell you for sure.

Answer:	8" internal diameter (+ about 1/8" pan thickness each side) and 4 1/4" pan height (without lid). Had this pan plus a 12" dia frypan for a few years now - still love them both - perfect for just about all my day to day cooking needs though a really big stockpot would also be great for occasional use.

Answer:	I have the 3-1/2 quart and it is 8 inches in diameter and 4 inches tall.

Answer:	For me, the difference is worth it. Since my children are all grown and on there own, I don't cook in large quantities anymore. So the small potsare just the thing for everyday cooking. I'll cook potatoes for mashing in the 2 qt. and a vegetable in the 1.5 qt. I also have a 3 qt. with steamer, a 4 qt. for cooking soups and spaghetti, and a 6 qt for getting veggies ready for canning. I kept a 1 qt. pot from my old set of Revere Ware and use it for sauces.

How to make Chicken Pasta

1. Heat the oven to 375ºF.

2. Dice 1 bell pepper and 1 onion, mince 3 garlic cloves. Shred 3 cups of cheddar cheese. Drain the can of tomatoes. Cook and drain 1-pound of spaghetti. Shred the chicken.

3. Make the sauce. Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the onion, the bell pepper, and garlic and cook until the garlic is fragrant. Add 1/4 cup flour, 2 cups milk, 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth, and 2 teaspoons kosher salt. Stir in 2 cups of the cheese until melted.

4. Toss the tomatoes, chicken, and spaghetti in Sweese‘s baking dish. Pour the sauce over top and mix. Sprinkle more cheese on top.

Answer:	Well, description states up to 450° and I think a broiler is 500°, isn’t it? So I wouldn’t know the answer to that for sure. Maybe it would be ok for a short period? I have used this pan to roast country pork ribs, and roasted veggies at 425°, and these pans are BY FAR- my favorite pans I’ve ever used. Roasting comes out with nice browning and a crisp. They are VERY good quality, and thick. For the price, I’d definitely recommend trying it out! ;)

Answer:	The inside is seamless and the top edge is rolled over to form a seam on the underside. I don't recommend this pan because it warps every single time it goes into the oven. I recently bought a Chicago Metallic Commercial II - aluminized steel - non stick - baking sheet - 14.75 x 9.75x1 inch and it works so much better with no warping.

Answer:	I don't know what a "morning bun" is. The cup size is 2.5" across the top and 1.5" deep. A standard size cupcake paper cup will fit in these.

Answer:	There's a little bit of slope to the side walls of the pan. At the top of the pan the inside dimension is exactly 8", reducing to 7 5/8" at the bottom. The side walls measure 2 1/4" top-to-bottom inside dimension. Hope this helps.
