Answer:	No bottoms. You can cut out a sheet cake with them, but you could also bake the cake inside the baking rings. Just place it on a parchment lined baking sheet. Mine weren't completely flat and I had some batter escap during baking so I would recommend putting foil along the outside edges.

Answer:	I don't recomend this one at all. When you make the cake pops it's more flat than a round ball. They come out pretty small too.

There is a stamped manufacture date code on the product that is five digits - for example 17114, the first two numbers are the year (2017) and the last three are the Julian date (114th day of the year - April 24). Store in a cool dry place such as a pantry. If the items you have are out of their freshness range they are not harmful if consumed, but they may not perform as a fresh batch would.
