Answer:	Yes
Question:	Are the sides of the cake pan straight, or do they flare outwards
Answer:	It is dishwasher safe, however we do not recommend you do anything but by hand.
Question:	How deep is it
Answer:	With D7 alternating layers of aluminum and steel, it's going to be slow to respond to changes in heat. It's best suited for braises and other long-cooking items where steady heat is the key. The Copper Core line is designed to quick response to changes in heat input, ideal for sauteing and other quick-cooking methods, where you may need to quickly change from med-high to low heat, for example. Both pans will work fine under a broiler, where heat comes from above the pan. The D7 will hold more heat, which may be desirable for a thick steak in a hot pan, but it won't spread heat as evenly. In a skillet, I think Copper Core is a better choice for most applications.
Question:	Is this oven, dishwasher, microwave safe
Answer:	Yes, you won't find a better stainless pan anywhere on the market. Only stainless steel comes in contact with the food. Neither copper or aluminum can leach through the stainless interior

Answer:	From owning similar bake ware, we know that the surface can be scratched (which leads to rust), so we don't use knives in these pans. We line with parchment so we can lift the baked goods out. I suspect that his would scratch and rust, but I can't tell you for sure.

Answer:	I always use non-metal utensils, or line the pan with parchment paper so I can lift whatever I've made out and don't have to cut it in the pan.

Answer:	It's the amount of brownie batter you use that makes a difference, not the pan itself. Many mixes / recipes call for a smaller (e.g., 12x8) pan, and if you use this larger pan, they will come out thinner than you'd expect. This has nothing to do with the pan. Answer:	Just buy dawn platinum soak for a few minutes and it will come clean without having to use any brush as I don't recommend doing.I have had issues but it was due to being scratched and then it would start releasing the bone stick material.However,compared to other pans have bought her has been the easiest to clean.So lose a couple over wear and tear not bad in my opinion.as far thickness seams normal thickness.I use a little pam before using her baking pans.

Answer:	No. It will slice, spiralize and shred. It does not have a bowl with an S blade to chop. You'd need a food processor for that; the food processor will shred, puree, slice and chop, but won't spiralize. I have to say this is the easiest spiralizer I've ever used, but it only creates one size. Perhaps some day they will offer extra blades.

Answer:	Good morning,From what I remember, it's made from some sort of carbon steel. I've used it about 10 times already, and it's very easy to clean & is in the same condition from the 1st day I received it, it looks brand new. So it can really stand the test of time at this point. I hope this information is of help to you.
Question:	Is it easy to lift the inner pan out when the meatloaf and pan are hot? I don't see an overlap like some of these pans have to make it easy to grasp
Answer:	No, it is not easy to lift out when hot. I use silicone mitts and cannot get the insert out of the pan. It took 2 of us - me with a spatula trying to life from the corner, and my husband holding the other end steady. I will try to remove the meatloaf first next time. Other than this issue, it separates MOST, not all, of the fat from the loaf, and it cleans up easily. No sprays or greasing of the pan necessary.
