However, I clean them with nothing but warm soapy water and a cloth. Since they clean easily, I've never had to use much "elbow grease" in the process. In fact, most of my cleaning involves a simple wipe down with a wet washcloth. |

I personally could see no reason to use the pan for anything but indirect cooking. |
