DO NOT USE DISHWASHER DETERGENT TABS - the concentrated cleaning agents will damage the bakeware's finish. DO NOT SOAK - if water is inside pan layer, there is a risk of burning from steam release. If your pan has water inside the two sheets, place the pan upside down in a 250-degree oven for 30 minutes or until water is removed.

Answer:	So far I have ommited all non stick sprays and have had no sticking issues in my first few weeks using these!

Answer:	Not at all I have made cookies, cooked bacon, and baked chicken using the pans having equal success.
Question:	Multiple reviews reference "rust" colored water the first few times cleaning these. Is this actual rust or just a manufacturing residue
Answer:	I have had my granite speckled set for a few weeks and never saw any red residue. I washed them thoroughly before I first used them and several times since. No sure what people are reporting but in no way do these have any rust or rust residue coming from they they are excellent quality!

Answer:	Yes. I have put the pan, the rack and the silpat in the oven @350°.

Answer:	As good as any "Mirro" or other standard size cookie sheet. These are heavy duty, but not "restaurant" duty.
Question:	How do these pans stand up toward convection range
Answer:	I don’t have a convection oven, but it does very well in my old electric oven. I’m very happy with my new baking set. They are nice and heavy and very well made with a nice weight to them.
