Answer:	I compared the Amazon description of both pans and find the more expensive pan is slightly heavier than the less expensive one. I have no idea if the difference is significant, but I am completely satisfied with my model. I use it to oven roast vegies. It does not warp. It is also easy to clean to "as new" condition.
