Not sure if I have the exact model that is shown here but I do love mine. I use it for sewing projects, jeans and most clothing when I have a huge bundle. Question:	A complete suit gets wrinkled much earlier than it needs getting dry cleaned, that's why I was trying to see if it's worth the investment
Answer:	Paul, I've never tried to press a complete suit, but there are places that seem to wrinkle first like the lower back of the coat and the crotch area of the pants. The press works real well on this areas. I do the same thing with shirts --both the shirt tail and the area around the waist wrinkles before the collar indicates that the shirt needs to be cleaned -- a quick application of the press restores the pressed look.

Answer:	I turned mine own to see. It heated up, and the light turned green. Mine works fine with steam coming out after I press the steam button. Maybe you could try holding down the steam button for a few seconds. Assuming you have enough water in the water well, the steam should be coming out. It might be defective. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.

The frequency of these 5 star reviews is in 100s every month. Not sure. Certainly gaming Amazon review system. It makes the very core of amazon experience unreliable and I as a prominent amazon prime customer is skeptical on my future purchases.
