Answer: its pretty small, not how it looks in the picture. I guess how many depends on the size of the flowers. I used artificial, blue bonnet looking flowers and it held maybe 5 stems but they were pretty small. If you were pouring liquid in the boot, it would only hold maybe a cup and a half, if that gives you an idea of size

Answer: I used it outdoors as a cemetery vase, so yes. I can’t say how long the boots lasted outdoors as I didn’t return because it was in a different city.

Answer: I don't really recall the exact packaging. It was wrapped well in bubble wrap and was shipped in a box. I don't think it had its own individual box. It had its own bubble wrap bag that the pencil container was placed. Hope this helps. It got here safe and sound.
