Answer:	I got mine last year. And it is 1 1/2 by 1 1/2 by 1 1/2. I would have liked the larger size.

Answer:	The top of the bell is about 1 inch across. The bottom of the bell is over 1 1/2 inches but under 2 inches across. The height is about 1 1/2 inches.

Answer:	The bell itself is only 1 1/2 inches tall. It comes with a long ribbon so I'm guessing that's how they promote it at 4". I was really disappointed by the size of the bell but, even as small as it is, it is very nice. Hope this helps!
