Answer:	I can charge on the clock with my case on but I don’t have a Otter Box case. I use a thinner case the Incipio case wraps around the phone, if your case is over over 4mm thick then I don’t think it will. I think that’s the limit of what the clock will charge through

Answer:	The display does stay on, we havent had qny issues woth it turning off. There is a brightness adjustment but even the lowest level is still pretty bright.

Answer:	This model does not support radio or bird sounds. It only has a beep that gradually gets louder. The beeps progress to full loudness in about a minute.

Answer:	The dimmest display setting is more dim that my previous clock, but still too bright for me to be happy with. Since I also sleep poorly unless the room is VERY dark, I wear my eye mask and can usually fall asleep this way. My mask falls off while I sleep almost every night, so the brightening light still wakes me in the morning! (For me, this is true about 13/14 nights.) With my old clock, I would layer Kleenex tissues over the display until it was just BARELY visible in the dark. This clock face is too tall for the tissue trick to work, but the orange glow is lighter than my old red display. Good luck!

Time Set-Up

1. Press & hold (1 - TIME/PRESET) to enter time set-up mode.

2. Select 12H (12 hour) or 24H (24 hour) time display setting by pressing (2 - HOUR/TUN-) or (3 - MIN/TUN+). Press (1 - TIME/PRESET) to continue.

3. Press (2 - HOUR/TUN-) to set the hour and (3 - MIN/TUN+) to set the minute. (Press & hold to adjust faster)

4. When finished, press (1 - TIME/PRESET) to confirm and exit from time set-up mode.

Alarm Set-Up

1. Press & hold (5 - AL1/VOL-) to enter the alarm set-up mode; the display will start blinking.

2. Press (2 - HOUR/TUN-) to set the hour and (3 - MIN/TUN+) to set the minute (Press & hold to adjust faster). Press (5 - AL1/VOL-) to confirm and proceed to your Alarm Sound Source setting.

3. Press the (2 - HOUR/TUN-) or (3 - MIN/TU+) button to select the bu (buzzer) or rd (FM Radio) as the alarm sound source. Press (5 - AL1/VL-) to confirm.

4. Press the (2 - HOUR/TUN-) or (3 - MIN/TUN+) button to set wake up sound volume. Press (5 - AL1/VOL-) to confirm.

Sleep Timer Set-Up

1. To activate the sleep timer function, press (7 - RADIO/AL OFF) button to turn on the radio. You can toggle the timer limit by pressing the (4 - SLEEP/DIMMER/SNOOZE) button. Select the desired timer line (10 min intervals).

3. After your selection, wait 3 seconds to allow the sleep timer function to set.

4. When set-up is complete, the radio will shut off automatically depending on your selected timer setting.

5. To turn off the sleep timer function, press (4 - SLEEP/DIMMER/SNOOZE) until 00 is displayed. The timer will then set to "OFF".

FM Radio Set-Up

1. Unravel and extend the antenna to improve the FM radio signal reception.

2. Press (7 - RADIO/AL OFF) to turn the radio on.

3. To adjust the radio frequency, press (2 - HOUR/TUN-) and (3 - MIN/TUN+) respectively.

4. Press & hold (2 - HOUR/TUN-) or (3 - MIN/TUN+) to automatically tune to the next available FM station.

4. To turn the FM radio off, press (7 - RADIO/AL OFF).

Qi Wireless Charging

Simply place your Wireless Charging Enabled Phone on top of the clock and it’d start charging automatically. Charging occurs only when powered by USB cable to an adapter (Such as your phone adapter), not chargeable when powered by batteries. The closer distance between the mobile phone and the product, the faster charging.

Sound Control Function

You can set a power saving mode for sound control to enable led auto off in 10s, then you can only wake it up when the sound is louder than 60dbm or by tapping the clock. Best to use at night for someone who need a completely dark sleep environment.

Some people may think it doesn’t display as defective but NOT, it’s just set to sound control mode by mistake.

3 Level Brightness Adjustment

It provides 3 levels of brightness adjustment that you can get your personal comfort brightness and never worry too bright at night. Just long press UP button for 3 seconds to enter into brightness setting, easy for kids, students, seniors, adults and the elderly.

If you want the display always stay on or close the display, please press DOWN button to close/open the Sound Control mode(--:Sd / ON:Sd).

3 Alarm Settings

You can set 3 groups alarm to wake you and your family up, or a medicine reminder for the ages. It has no snooze but if you set them up in 5 or 10 minutes increments then that can serve as your snooze function. There’s an extra mode “oN:E” or “--:E” to decide whether it rings on weekend or not.
