Answer:	I would say no. Not a traditional redwood scent at least, more perfume esque. Not great when not in use but when burning the candle it actually smells quite nice.

Answer:	It does not smell exactly like a fireplace burning wood, and that really disappointed me initially. However, I am still buying this candle because it really grew on me, with it's musky scent that is reminiscent of a fireplace.

Answer:	Yes, I send them thru the mail all the time. But you don't seal the envelope.... you just use it to make a seal in 1 spot. Which may be what you mean, but when I think of sealing an envelope I think of SEALING it shut - you know, where the glue is. But I use these to create a decorative seal all the time.

Answer:	I do not know what the wax is made of. But I would not buy it again. After you light up once it's difficult to light it a second time. Was a waste of my money.
