Answer:	I believe the heater is recommended for residential use only.
Question:	How many amps does this draw? The manual says 12.5 which is way too much if this is 400 watts

Answer:	It would most likely be cheaper. But it will really depend on the size of the space that you are installing it in. As this heater is designed to heat a couple hundred square feet. If your space is well insulated, this heater works great. It only draws 450 watts. That's only 3.75 amps. Most heaters draw 1500 watts which is about 12.5 amps.

Answer:	Robert has the same setup I do. Build-in timers on a heater actually limit its usefulness unless you can bypass the timer when suitable. I have a heater with a build-in timer (my first-ever heater) and I no longer use it except in very limited situations. This heater is fantastic as its thermostat is very useful and easy. This system is in my greenhouse as a back-up if my other system fails and the temps drop below 40F.

Question:	can you mount this on a wall or something
Answer:	The heater does not have any mounting holes. The internal fan, which is quite a good size (and VERY quite), draws in air from the back through an approx. 5" round vent. With this in mind, the fan could be placed on a small wall hanging shelf (that would allow the rear fan vent to draw in air without obstruction; given that the back of the heater would have at least 2-3 inches of clearance). It would be very "do-able" and very easy to construct. In my opinion, using wood as material should not create any safety concerns, as the ENTIRE plastic housing is not even warm when the unit is on. Great question and idea!
Question:	does it start automatically at night if I set the temperature before I go to sleep
Answer:	There is a knob/dial on the right side that should turn the unit on/off so the room stays at a set temperature, but it does not work the way it is supposed to. The room will be too hot before it shuts off and too cold before it starts up again. I definitely do not advise leaving it running when you go to sleep.

Answer:	Mine tipped over and kept oscillating and full heat face down into my purse on the floor. It melted everything in there....my glasses, credit cards, lipsticks, etc. I am glad that I woke up. There was no auto shut off, alarm or reduced heat.

Question:	Does the plug fit in Japan
Answer:	No it's a 110 - 120 volt, they have a standard 3 prong USA plug.
Question:	Quit working 4th time I used it. Is there a reset button or fuse somewhere
Answer:	I have a similar brand from Lowes, it too shut off, did let it sit and it did reset. I would remind you the heater has to be on a firm surface to bypass safety tip over shut off. Don't expect any of these heaters to last pass 2 yrs. with hard use.
Question:	How do you clean inside the unit? I have another one similar but I can't get in to clean it. It's full of dust
Answer:	The first thing I would try is to vacuum off the two sides of the heater with the vacuum's brush attachment. If this is not enough I would use compressed air to blow it out.
Question:	Why won’t the heater turn on? I’ve plugged it in multiple outlets multiple and it refuses to turn on
Answer:	Make sure to have the heater on a flat level surface because it won't run if tilted too far or if you pick it up. It has a physical safety feature in case it tips over. Also make sure the dials are turned on to the temp and fan speed you want.

Answer:	Yes, ours is on carpet 1/2 the time. Love this little heater!
Question:	How many amps does it pull
Answer:	I don't know how many amps it pulls. it is 1500 watts and heats a 12x14 room with no problems. I am totally pleased with it.
Question:	is the cord long enough to plug into the wall and sit on the floor
Answer:	Yes the cord is long enough. The floor is the best place to have the heater if you need the room heated up quickly.
Question:	Does it blow the heat
Answer:	Yes, it blows heat. For it's size it is a powerhouse. My central heat went out this month, and until I can get on the books to get a new one installed, I have 3 of these heaters and they adequately heat a 14X80 mobile home. And they don't overheat like some portable heaters do when left on for an extended time.
